Did you try the "lost password" option?

What happens when you try to login? Did it let you make an account? What's your login name? (normally I'd ask for alias here but it isn't letting you get this far so no choice really)

Just tried the lost password option-it said that it would email a new one to my account, but unsurprisingly it hasn't arrived. It definitely has my email account because I received the confirmation email and clicky link.

It just says 'login failed' and the boxes go red. Yes I made an account. Login name=skicowboy.

it helps maybe to identify bad players.. but i thought its not possible to tableselect at Unibet because i dont know at which table i get seated?

Not full stacked evry hand = less Money on the table = less rake for Unibet if it comes to an All in

Hmm that is kinda odd. I presume you already checked the spam / junk folders? What email provider do you use as some tend to block certain emails or automatically throw them into spam (gmail for example does for a lot of gaming sites).

I use gmail. Checked the spam folders and nothing there. But I got the original confirmation email OK.

I'm the from England as well and have problems logging in. When I first registered to give unibet poker a try it would never let me log in saying that the password was wrong. When I clicked forgot password the email would just never come and yes spam/junk inbox has been checked.

I don't know if this has been reported yet (at first glance I don't see anything) but the registration for SNGs on iPad is seriously broken.

First big problem is that it will often randomly try to register me for a completely different SNG. It's not a matter of not accurately registering my touch, but really completely different SNG. E.g. at one time when I selected 5 Seat, and then €4, it tried to reg me for a 2 Seat €100 SNG! WTF... Ok, I can hit cancel and then try again, but sometimes I have to try several times before the client finally gets what I want to play.

Even worse is that I can't play more than 1 SNG. After playing one, when I then reg for the next one, I just get an empty table without the popup that tells me how many players more are needed for the game to start. When I then click the button to leave the table, that doesn't work either ! The only thing I can do is just quit the client, but then I have to log in again.

So basically, it's impossible to play SNGs seriously on iPad.

Could you tell me what version of the software you're using please, along with your iPad version and ideally OS number?

There's a player posting in this thread under "skicowboys" - are you the same? http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/members/398527/ This is the kind of thing that support can handle but I can't - I don't know how those tools work. I recommend you call them. https://www.unibet.co.uk/help/contac...rnFromCas=true

This is another one that support are going to be much better at handling than I am. I recommend you talk to them too.

If someone sits at your table, posts and then does not topup, you can tell they aren't using auto top-up. This is a very good sign that they aren't going to be good.

That's of more interest for our long term health than the extra pennies we make here and there from those pots - we want to keep weak players alive for longer than they would on other sites.

Looks like the site was down for a few minutes. It's back now.

Unibet client v1.3.8. This is on an iPad 3 - 16GB with iOS 7.1.1.
I'm in Belgium (not sure if Belgium with its licensing system has its own Unibet client).

Thanks, I've reported it, will let you know how it goes. There isn't an explicit Belgian client, so this should be general.

Are you serious? I've told you about the "error" on 05-04-2014 here. It's the 15th. What do you think? Also spoke to Unibet customer support around that time.
It's been 11 days so far, challange did not complete. Still waiting.

I think I've said a few times - for support question, support are going to be more useful than I am.

I've looked at those hands and we've run them through the same routine as is used for updating challenges, and they update correctly.

Is this possibly that you don't know it has to happen 30 times? You're on 27/30 at the moment. We expect the major steps to take roughly 10k hands. You played 3.5k hands last month and you're on 6k hands this month. That puts you pretty much exactly where we'd expect on completing the challenge.

Hi, I am skicowboys (Adrian), the other guy is nothing to do with me, albeit that he has a spooky similar username. There can only ever be one skicowboys!!!

i really think it was a bad idea the PLO race

you want to increase your nl liquidity pool because its the one with most potential and recreationnal players are busting less fast in NL compared to PLO (more substainable poker economy)

try to build a PLO liquidity pool on a small site like this is a huge fail (atleast at 1-2 2-4) nobody is playing
05-15-2014 , 04:57 PM
You may well be right. At the moment we know that traffic is waaaay up (it's pretty much doubled at PLO25, PLO100 and PLO200). The question is, are we busting our new players faster as a result, or is it good that they can now find the games they want more often? We'll find out when the month is over.

We've spent some time boosting NLHE traffic (and that's worked), but if you keep trying to run the same promos targeting the same areas, they stop working. Even worse, if you do it long enough they become counterproductive because people get used to them and they leave when they stop. I think that's a big problem with bad beat jackpots, amongst others.

So I'm very interested in adding variation to the promo calender, including when we don't know if it'll work or not. We have good reasons to think this could work.

I deeply apologise for talking like an ass. I wasn't aware of that nor was I told that was the case. I thought it was just "Showdown a full house", not "Showdown a full house" 30 times, although it does show 28/30.
Sorry again and thank you for your help.

Don't worry about it. That problem has come up before, I think maybe it isn't as clear as it could be in the client.

I've been playing a lot on unibet since feb. and I really love the site. And I would go as far as to say its probably the best site for micro stakes nlholdem at the moment.

If the goal was to keep the recreational player last longer, it's doing great so far. The field from 4nl to 25nl is really soft, and 4nl is like low limit zynga poker.

You don't have a ***** load of sharks filling the waiting list and bum hunting fish, you don't have to worry about getting exploited by regs using HM2 or poker-tracker.
A lot of the things I hear players worrying about when they play on stars and/or ftp, doesn't apply when playing on unibet.

The challenges and achievements are great. My first thought was
"ugh, why cant they just give me straight cash for points earned through rake instead?", but i was completely sold after a week. Even tho some of the challenges are ridicules, clearing some of them feels less like a grind. Also there's luck involved in how fast you clear them, and that drives gamblers/recreational to play more.

Giving away tickets to the limit above what you normally play is really great for the game, even tho I'd take the cash above the ticket anyday, the amount of players taking shoots makes up for it by creating good games.

Thanks, glad to hear you are enjoying it.

Incidentally, for those of you interested: I'm redesigning the tournament schedule at the moment. Coming soon: first draft then lots of arguing amongst ourselves here.
