No , you can not deposit BTC to our platform as CHP is based on the ETH blockchain. The only way you can deposit to our platform is by using CHP or ETH. We recently implemented the ETH to CHP in app exchange
( https://blog.coinpoker.com/new-eth-to-chp-app-feature/ ) to simplify the process to get CHP. As for withdrawing you will withdraw CHP which you can exchange to ETH/BTC at the current exchanges which listed CHP

WHAT A SHAME I HAVE TO COME HERE TO HOPE SOME solution...

Recently I had a been testing out coinpoker as it was new to market I expected a couple of bugs but not this many headaches.
1)First hand replay doesn't work properly. You have to go back then forward to get your hand history. (been broken 2 releases before mobile)

2)No dealer chat, so in Omaha it becomes very difficult to see how you actually lost a hand. (never been there)

3)Verification: I had verified my account with civic, then deleted the app because other than coin poker it's a useless app to me. Somewhere in the updates they decided to reset the verification. Which reset my account. I tried using SMS but that has yet to work to this date. I contacted support, my account took 3 days to get verified, then on the next update, it is now unverified. SMS is still broken, and I am going through the painful process of trying to get my account re-verified through support.

Support seems to be at least available most times, however the people that are needed to fix these issues are not working at the times I have been able to contact support, nor are they oncall and paged out when issues occur.

Coinpoker would be best served giving there support staff, support tools so they could do support work and fix lower level issues.

While the games are soft; The lack of simple necessities, account issues, and bugs make the headache of playing at coinpoker more than the joy when you actually get to play.
I have spent more time dealing with issues than actually getting to play.

What's up with rooms freezing? A flyby Freebuy from Jun 12 16:00 is still going on at Jun 13 0:52. The final table just froze and never continued playing. The freebuy 4-max from 22:00 also had a table freeze in the middle of the tournament which meant all those guys made it to top 5 while having stacks of 0 (lost all-in but didn't go to the next hand), 12k, 23k & 68k with blinds of 100k/200k at the final table.

Those 4 guys got free top 5 CHP rewards and the people that actually made it that far in the tournament got less CHP than they would if that one table wasn't frozen. Not to mention that the guys from 16:00 have been stuck for over 8 hours at the final table.

This happened at least twice today, what is going on Coinpoker?

E: the 22:00 freebuy continued again during the hand-for-hand when there were 6 people left (4 at the frozen table and two guys at another table). The frozen table unfroze, the 0 stack guy finally lost the hand and the 3 others were all-in due to the ante & blinds. 1 of them won the hand and was put on the final table with the last 2 players. While he was being put there one of the players lost the all-in (had only 1 bb) and he finished 3rd. Next hand frozen table guy was all-in and lost so the tournament was over.

The frozen table guys got place 2, 4, 5 & 6 without having to do anything. Doesn't really seem fair to me lol.

Had an unpleasant experience with CoinPoker today. I went to Telegram to ask about table balancing. The last two tourneys I got to final two tables and both had situations where all the top chip leaders were at the same table. I was 6th out 12 in CHPs but the short stack at my table both times.

After voicing my concern an Admin said he will take it into consideration. Take fair play into consideration?

Then the 2pm GTD got cancelled even thought the min. players were met. I voiced my concern on Telegram.

Basically an admin, called me a raging lunatic because I addressed two serious issues that were affecting players.

Point is don't hold your breath with this site. Their admin's are unprofessional and if pressed about issues will attack you personally and ban you. This makes me very suspicious of their direction.

Hope you get proper training Tyler and review our dialogue, because your inability to take these issues seriously lost CP an ICO investor/daily grinder.

i did try to evaluate hands number
well 40X tables in average during more than 60 ( 80??) hours
knowing i played to about 70 at the same time,
hard to know precisely but it would be more 240K hands than 24K hand for just
first week...
the fact is that the score prob made me playing more and more as i was doubting about myself and sleeping less ...

I played 14 million hands last week and did not get credit for the race. I am really good at multitabling and typically play 15 thousand tables at once.

I checked the leaderboard and it says I only played 3 hands last week.

What gives?

Are you accusing the balancing not to be random? Or suggesting taking chipcounts into account when balancing? The 1st is not a logical explantion for all the top chip leaders being at the same table, as only 1 or 2 people get moved. The 2nd is ofcourse a terrible idea.

For how many hours a day were u 40-tabling?

Was your VPIP (% of hands played from all hands you got dealt) above promotion terms indicated minimum?
I believe terms was that you need play minimum 10% hands you are dealt

If you are not softplaying at least admit there is a ring of players you are playing against in the video who are. There is never more than one postflop bet.
