I,m a recreational player and can,t see many others like me going through all this hassle just for a game of poker when its so much easier on other sites
I agree. I think it was a mistake for them to use a token that is dependent on the Ethereum blockchain. They should have developed an independent crypto with its own blockchain. They are forcing people to jump through so many hoops to play poker, they have to buy Ethereum, buy CHP, open an ethereum wallet, back it up properly so they don't lose their coins, verify their coinpoker account. This is a lot to ask of people who aren't familiar with crypto. It isn't a problem for me because I am a crypto investor and trader but for the non-crypto player this can be frustrating. They should have a bunch of support people available to walk people through any problems they encounter and make sure their wallets are secure etc. To top it off they suddenly force us to use SMS verification that isn't working...and this happens a couple days before their big Crypto MTT Series! 2FA is a great thing but it should be voluntary same as other poker sites, not forced on us.
The CoinPoker Rep. is absent on 2+2 but I was able to contact a Rep. on their Telegram channel so I would suggest people use Telegram to try and get results if support doesn't answer. He assured me that the SMS problem would be fixed and he also said I would receive an email from support but I still haven't received one yet.
