Why isn't there someone from CoinPoker in this thread giving general support advice to newbies? Is it not worth your time to help customers? You don't care if they don't get help and walk away frustrated, never to play on CoinPoker?

Because there is like noone working there + when one person came here he got the obvious ****storm of important questions that could not answer.

We have a 2+2 long time member who is on their team, "Josem". Surely he could take time out of his busy day to drop in once in a while and reach out to CoinPoker players?

Spoiler:
crickets.....

Ok, you will have to contact CoinPoker support now. Anyone can activate your account as you just gave away the "super secret" amount needed to activate your account.

The wallet activating the account will be linked to your CoinPoker log in --> So if you withdraw, the chp goes to that account...
(If the withdrawals ever come in, waiting for 6 days on mine now)

Official CoinPoker account posted some garbage crypto auto predictor to explain about it 2019 high price prediction. Just wow, i guess they show their priorities showing some garbage bot what predict their future price. LOL for them caring about CHP price so much before solving all other issues (Licensing, bots, security ect.)
(This automatic bot give almost all coins 30x to 100x next year and lot more 5 years//sexcoin will be 44x, Bolivarcoin will be 60x, PetroDollar will be 70x next year according to this bot)

Even if coinpoker was decent project what solve real issue (What it don't) i have lost my faith in team behind it so much (With all events so far).

Pff, are you still waiting.. It explains the sudden rise of CHP's value. If no one can withdraw, they can't offer it to an exchange. Hence, scarcity

Nope, still nothing. I can see "in" and "out" transactions for the amount I withdrew from my CHP wallet address, but the address it is going to is not mine, it's another one with multiple CHP "in" and "out".

Quite sad to see how slow it is, although they market it as "instant" and even compare it with the slow processing times of "normal" poker sites.

I tought it was just based on a smart contract that would be automatically executed... Apparently not, this is a really bad sign in my opinion for this coin.

Guys!!! A cereal question!

Did you notice coinpoker is having problems with cash-out transactions: it started 5 days ago and support rep explained they caused mistake,
then it took 1,5 days to get my chp's;

i did a test cashout with small amount this morning, and again it's pending in cashier's and just sitting there!

have you cashed out recently and then how much time did it take?

I did some research for you, and it seems your account was hijacked by the same guy who stole some CHP earlier from others. He creates a new address (https://ethplorer.io/address/0x9a7a7...6cf469e708cfe5 ) and uses it to verify someone else his address. He finds a way to know your verify ammount and then sends it (before you do) in ether to coinpoker. You then see in your coinpoker account that your account is verified. He then waits till you make your withdrawl (1911 CHP right ?). Those CHP appear in his "temporary" account and he then sends it to his main account ( https://ethplorer.io/address/0x91b96...26b4c6feb9e598 ). Somehow he figured out your verify ammount while you claim in a post that someone else should not post this amount. Maybe you know how?

I have reported this guy about 2-3 weeks ago to coinpoker and told them to look into it and close his main account on coinpoker (thats all they can do) so that he loses his remaining CHP on coinpoker. I received an email that they would. But 3 weeks later, they have done nothing and he still makes transfers between coinpoker and his main account.

I suggest to either contact coinpoker or open a new account and send your remaining CHP to your new account. Maybe coinpoker can connect your coinpoker wallet to your own address instead of the hackers "temporary" one.I think coinpoker should refund you as they have done nothing while me and others reported the scam/address.

I'm trying to withdrawal 600 CHP from coinpoker, but according to their telegram withdraws are most likely down until tomorrow. Anyone interest in doing a P2P transfer through Coinpoker's wallet... my 600 CHP in exchange for 80% of whatever they're trading at in BTC, ETH or LTC?

Their withdrawals are instant according to their site and whitepaper. So even if they are down for a couple of hours, its better to wait and have an instant withdrawal when it comes back up, than be scammed online for your BR

Thanks for researching. Quick follow up question: is the "by Coinpoker confirmed wallet address" in the coinpoker client the same address as the one you use to verify your account with?

Probably says: 0x9a7a75FF16846B357E96aa73856CF469e708Cfe5

while yours is: 0xF3635de7F154209234672F33Be7fC3d54d7dc9A3

Have you posted your verify amount somewhere?

I looked at the time and date you send it to coinpoker en then went through the ethereum deposit history of coinpoker's account and saw the hacker sent the amount in ETH 2 hours prior to you sending your chp.

his transaction:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa8d042af65...1f6e9048054a05

your transaction:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0x793eeb2653...2455f1f71356c9

Jep, that's the address stated there.
I didn't the amount anywhere and I'm quite sure I'm not hacked either.
Many people in the Coinpoker Telegram group are complaining by the way and withdrawals are now suspended.

Quite sure coinpoker is causing the issue, either with their verification process being just plain stupid.

When I think about it, it's quite easy to take over everyones wallet because of the process (if I'm not making any thinking errors):
-User needs to send a certain amount of CHP to a predefined address with 60 000 gas limit
-Transaction (also the pending ones!) are visible on the blockchain
-Someone copies all transactions with a very small CHP amount to this address and just uses a higher GAS limit
-This transaction will be processed first --> get's the wallet

Writing a program like that is probably about 2 minutes work...

After reading the above posts I thought I,d log in and try a withdrawal as I haven,t done so yet.

I had just short of 500 CHP,s last time I logged in a few days ago.

Now my balance is 0.00

I haven,t posted any details anywhere

I,ll update when I hear back
05-22-2018 , 11:59 AM
I,ve emailed customer support but looked on my transactions.

It says I made a player transfer for 495 CHP,s to another player.

I,ve never heard of the player and have never made any transfers.

I haven,t got a clue how they,ve done this and will wait for support to get back before I update.

Is it ok to name the player who the funds went to on here?

Thats what I thought, but he sent the amount a little less then 2 hours prior to your transaction. A chp transfer, even with low gas limit/price is processed quicker.

P
So, someone guessed your nickname and your password at the same time?
Yes you should post the players name. It is just a nickname.

BTW: Why is there no option to change your password on coinpoker? Also my witdrawl jut got rejected as mentioned.

Hit forgotten password instead of logging in. Change it that way

I log in with my email address and password.

The players name is warmup555

They must be looking into it as I,ve just been asked for a verification code through text message when logging in. Maybe they should introduce this permanently. I,ve seen other sites do it and you can click on "don,t ask again" for 30 days from this computer. Might stop this happening again

If anyone sees him/her on the tables tell them there a cXXt from me
