The ICO is over This was their plan all along, and its fairly standard, it just wasn't communicated well.

So I don't want to break terms of service of 2p2, but if we public in the discourse it should be "safe" otherwise and its a new thing so a decision could be made in that regard. The question is does anyone here have a CHP in a myetherwallet etc. that can be sent to the player in question on <his> myetherwallet?

If i understand correctly that might give them a shot to verify their account and complete the terms...

and this guy here SAVED my time. after reading this i realized i can't verify my wallet soon enough (due to deadline) and DIDN'T play the eth tourneys just in case i win some eth loool. i would be miserable

Regarding the 200 ETH tournaments. Those tournaments are for investors only, but Coinpoker allow people who are non-investors to register as well with freeroll won CHPs, although they won't be eligible for the ETH prizes. When prize will not be claimed or player is non-investor ETH won't be payed to the next eligible player in line. In theory all 45 winners may be non-investors and ETH won't be claimed. Doesn't seems fair to me.

I can`t verify because i have no CHP in e-wallet. Few hours ago i sent eth to their wallet, but they (support in telegram) said i have to send CHP (not ETH). But I don`t have it 1CHP i need (in my e-wallet).
Support in Telegram said i can buy eht/chp till February. And i can`t have my ETH becouse ICO closed. And if i`m not verify e-wallet till February i will not receive ETH i won before.

Are you trying to not pay me my prize?

P.S. Can anyone sent me few CHP to my E-Wallet? i`m ready back CHP in room with 10x.

lol that post is from yesterday (unsure of timezones, but something like 20-30 hours ago!). I wonder if it was posted after the fact that their head of security had to be informed in this thread that they had been paying out their CHP for more than 6 days at that time and that they were accepting deposits.

surely the coinpoker rep would have seen that post too - unless there are several misinformed people operating their rep accounts? Certainly the rep would have to have known that indeed the CHP are transferable, since coinpoker was accepting deposits at the time, which they would have seen in my post, which they replied to answering 0% of my question:

I think their rep refers to "user-to-user" chp transfers can't be done yet. that's why i wrote you earlier that nobody can transfer 1 chp to "robhimself" in order for him to verify before deadline.

You will need an ERC-20 compliant wallet for this step. The ones we recommend are as follows:

· MyEtherWallet (no download needed)

· MetaMask (Firefox and Chrome browser addon)

· Mist (Desktop)

· Parity (Desktop)

· imToken (iPhone)

· imToken (Android)
Quote:
This is the CHP Token Address you will need in this step:

0xf3db7560e820834658b590c96234c333cd3d5e5e

Okay, so you’ve got your wallet and you want to add CHPs to it. What’s now? This quick guide will tell you exactly what to do.

I am most familiar with myetherwallet: https://www.myetherwallet.com

If one or both you that have this complaint want to try adding a custom "chp" token to your myetherwallet you can create for free, then we will try to send you each a chp and then you can try to verify.

I have a friend who isn't available atm who has some CHPs he will likely send some for the experiment. So you would do that and post or pm your public chps address.

an admin told me it is only before the ico ended you couldn't transfer, so I think we should try because that deadline is over.

His LinkedIn says he is quitting his job at Google as of a few days ago to work on a crypto project. Pretty sure he's just starting up with CoinPoker. I want to give him a happy greeting of seeing the communications and marketing mess his new staff are creating :P

We are going to try it, and see if it works. The admins are "busy" ;p. But off the record they suggested it is worth a shot.

In regard to the instructions You add the token but i think you still use the public eth address to receive a CHP (I haven't transferred much with tokens).

So if that is the case, whoever wants to post an (PUBLIC) eth address for their myetherwallet related CHPs account I will try to send them 1 CHP soon if it is possible. If it works I'm sure coinpoker admins will quickly confirm this as a standard practice.

I dont know why you both are going back to this non transferring before the end of ICO.

Coinpoker started to transfer CHPs for ICO purchasers over 8 days ago: https://etherscan.io/tokentxns?a=0xe...d5d3a3e315489c (hit Last)

Once those CHP have been sent, the person receiving them can do whatever they want with them. They can transfer to whoever they want

Its like being paid to your bank account. Once that money hits your bank account (your ETH account), you can use it to make a purchase (deposit on coinpoker) or you can send to another person with a bank account (another person with a ETH wallet)

Anyone who has CHP in their ETH wallet, as 87 pages on the link above have, could send robhimself 1 or more or less CHP to his ETH wallet

They are able to do this now, and have been since they received their CHPs, some of which got theirs over 8 days ago

I haven't tried I just know players had problems and I was told by admin you cannot transfer between players till after the ico. I just haven't done it myself and have no CHPs to attempt it. So if you have already done so that is helpful information and if you can do it then we will try to see if it helps to verify.

I just thought maybe it was part of the token contract that you can't do transfers player to player for a period of time. Anyways, as I understand you can transfer CHPs at this time (perhaps always could) so we will see if you can validate and account like this because it would save a ton of headaches for all parties.

edit: I have one players public eth address. I told them we should do it publically rather than pm's, but its secure anyways because they are simply receiving etc. I'll send one CHP when my friend gets home from work and we'll try to have them verify.

Lot of CoinPoker hate in here.

Now I played the 4 recent ethereum games and bought 7 CHP in the ico the day before they started so I could verify my CoinPoker account.

It was clear to me that I wouldn't get any ethereum if I didn't get some CHPs in the ico beforehand. Some of you make it sound like a scam when in fact most people read the terms and knew not to play if they couldn't take part in the ico.

CoinPoker got us all to play the software with freerolls. Is it such a leap of faith to think their next step was to get these players to verify their accounts and offered a promo to do this.

There are so many real scams in crypto that anyone not reading the terms and doing their due diligence bring things like this on themselves.

Hey all,

I've been lurking coinpoker for a while, Made enough CHP to play the 50ETH GTD.

Min cashed and won 0.22ETH, I sent them an email, followed the commands to verify my account and they replied and sent the ETH to my MEW within 24 hours.

Gonna hold rest of CHP and sell on exchanges once it hits, as poker doesn't really interest me anymore.

So far so good. Thanks CoinPoker, seems like this is happening.

From a happy player / 2+2 lurker

Yes sounds like bad communication. I'm guessing everyone will be made whole. I don't know why someone would come in here and lie. As long as you didn't invest in the ico, then others will also get paid. If its true then I don't know why the admin was saying what they were saying.

It was clear to you from the T&C something that wasn't written in the T&C? Damn, being a mind-reader makes stuff easy huh?

I wouldn't say mind reader. I would use the term literate.

I read the words verified ETH address so I verified my ETH address.

1) I contacted a few times. I wrote my e-wallet address and asked what i have to do. No answers...
2) I don`t have no answers (info) till ico closed. There were no letter i have to buy at list 1CHP to verify my e-wallet for that.
3) I even sent ETH in a few hours after ICO closed.

So now i send one more letter. Support in Telegram also asked me wait.

For a self-described literate person, you sure missed the point of my post. The problem is that their support claimed even getting verified without participating in the ICO would not be sufficient, which is not stated anywhere. You can read words, but comprehension is not your strong suit clearly.

Which is correct. The only way to get verified was to send to your CoinPoker wallet the fraction of a CHP the clients wallet asks so your ethereum address is linked to your CoinPoker account, and the only place to get a CHP to send them was in their ico. All of which is nicely explained in their verify your wallet section.

I advice you find some who can transfer you 1CHP.
Unfortunately support gave me no answers...

So, according to the following, if both sender and receiver have/use MyEtherWallet (MEW) chp's can be transferred (tadas is one of the chat mods)
