Ty, 888 rep. Yes, I am running the latest version, so back to the original question. Where can we view status(not reward) points? I think we wrote of the tables having a progress bar long ago, and that is in 888's text, but I still do not have one on any tables. I would like to know where I am as far as status climbing goes.

Are you using the latest version of the poker client?

If not you will need to reinstall but make sure to save your notes first.

That is the version I have and I don't see the rewards bar either.

Just called support got transferred to a "supervisor" who by the way was not located in NJ which is an issue.

He told me the players were individually selected by the promotion team and there was no set criteria.

Seems like some kind of scam, I'm definitely filing this with NJDGE and also that support is not located in NJ.

I suggest you do the same.
http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/contactus.htm

I filed with them about the disconnections in the middle of hands, and received a phone call back and also support which is why it eventually made Caesars change their policy on geo location disconnections.

contact NJDGE, they listen.

Also let Caesars know this is not ok by contacting them here:

I'm not only contacting them but going to cease my play on this site. I'd rather give Party my business. I've been generating 1500+ a week in rake for this site and they extend the rakeback deal for others but not their loyal daily customers? That's amusing.

Really unbelievable that some just happened to get it extended and others are just screwed. Traffic has decreased measurably since the end of the promo, and now the plan is too piss off most of your loyal players?

If theres not something done by the end of the month, 888 has lost my business completely with this move.

I figured out how to get the bonus bar to show...

1. On top of the client click "settings"
2. Click "Game Effects"
3. Check the "Progress bar settings"
4... you can then choose to show a bonus or a status bar.

No problem... It also appears to be that it doesn't show on tournament tables, only cash. If you are strictly a tourney player it doesn't matter though, all you have to do is open a cash table to see it. You don't have to actually sit at one.

Of course it would be better if when you click on "My reward points" and in the bottom left where it gives you your total bankroll it gave you the rewards points instead, but that's a minor issue.

I second this. I play probably as much as cold front and would like to see the promo extended to me. I would be happy to start games and prop up the site as I was doing before, for the same 80% I was getting before.

Yes sir, as of 5/13 I am finished playing on 888 until further notice. I have not heard anything from 888 via email or from 888rep so I will take my money to a place where I get a fair shake. Traffic is already down substantially, pretty soon there won't be any of us left.

The players in the US do not really have such a choice.

There are rarely more than 2 plo tables running and it is getting annoying having to start tables and get crushed in rake trying to get more games running on the site. Heads up plo is very hard to beat the rake unless you are playing a very weak player. I really think more plo games would run if there was an incentive to start more tables and not be punished for it.

Also a loyalty level in between 200 and 3,000 would be appreciated. That is a ridiculous jump. The site will see more rake if there is a reasonable loyalty level to play a bit more for. A 200 to 3,000 point jump is a disincentive for the majority of bronze players who know they have no chance of getting to 3,000 so they play even less than they would or switch sites. I would guess most players would try for a few extra hundred points if they could, but not thousands more. It is almost like they are trying to chase people away.

I will simply move all my money to WSOP and will also consider taking legal action vs 888. Giving some players 80% rb while not offering it to everybody seems very illegal. How do we know these idiots at 888 aren't simply giving this out to their friends and family?

The top 88 players had their 80% Rakeback extended for the month of May. I finally talked to a supervisor with an IQ above 60 who explained it to me

This is beyond shady and my sole reason for leaving 888 FOREVER

JasonP530 and coldfront,

are you shocked that you're not one of the top 88 players? Do you feel scammed?

Please keep us updated on the legal action. Certainly seems warranted
