Wait what? How are players getting rakeback? I saw some posts about 80% RB on this thread. Can someone elaborate?

Thanks

You missed out on the promo. 80% rake back qualifying period was in Jan and is good until May. Make sure you sign up or their emails.

Thanks! I just chatted with live support. Although I played cash for about 3.5 hours while in the free rolls, I am being told I was only involved in 13 raked hands. Hmm! I was only 1 and 2 tabling, but I still think I must have been involved in 30 raked hands in that amount of time. Not sure I am enough of a nit not to. Too bad.

Got no freeroll tickets. More than 100 raked hands yesterday.

I'm sure I'll get them in 72 hours, when the promotion is over. No worries.

Not just you phaze. Horribly glitchy today and actually the site was down almost entirely at around 6-7 am. I couldn't enter most rooms w/o getting an error msg. I saw a $100 guaranteed/$3 BI tournament that had 8 players. Both freerolls around those two hours got cancelled due to not enough players. It was odd though that a few people still seemed to have total access.

Stu: I had the same conversation about freeroll tickets being sent out with one of our beloved 888 support staff members, "Suzan". She couldn't help other than to quote the 72 hr time frame. Obviously there were problems for many people today, because the $2000 guaranteed only drew ~315 registrants and it's usually drawing around 450.

I called customer service and they put them in manually for me. Any rep who tells you they can't is full of it.

I sent email on Sunday re getting kicked off for geo location reasons. Got email reply saying 48 hours.....but its already 72 hours and of course no response. Sent another yesterday with hand # and tourney # where i was at a final table and knocked off long enough to be blinded down from 2nd to last. Of course, no response. Do they ever answer anyone?? Why does it take a so called 48 hours? Are there that many complaints? Why cant they hire enough people to respond in 12 hours? This site in wont last once 80% rakeback stops.

You need to call the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement to report this. They are not permitted to kick you off of any game after they have already accepted your wager (your buyin to the tournament in this case).

Phone number: 609 984 0909

Email: KERRY.LANGAN@NJDGE.ORG

This is how the regulations are written, they are only permitted to not accept a wager from someone who does not pass their geolocation qualifications.

http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Regula...CHAPTER69O.pdf

"The Internet or mobile gaming system shall employ a mechanism to detect the physical location of a patron upon logging into the gaming system and as frequently as specified in the Internet gaming permit holder's approved submission. If the system detects that the physical location of the patron is in an area unauthorized for Internet or mobile gaming, the system shall not accept wagers until such time that the patron is in an authorized location"

If this were true, one could drive to NJ, register for many tournaments, then drive back home and play them all in the comfort of their NY apt or PA house.

It looks like 888 is taking all of the anger they've inspired and harnessing it into the "Mad Month" promotion.
