Is the double your deposit promotion still being honored? It is still listed under promotions but I thought I heard something contradictory a while back.

My 88% Rakeback for February was alot less than expected...Has anyone had any success in getting them to fix your weekly or monthly rakeback amount?

Also, the 88% ended after Feb so I should be on the 80% promo now so I'm expecting my rakeback for yesterdays play today...I did receive another reminder email on Feb 24 that I am qualified for the 80% promo...

Hmm, any reason for me to be nervous about them screwing it up? haha

Will these be continuing? The T&Cs still say they were supposed to end yesterday.

I bubbled the $30 tourney the other day and never got an email that I'd get my buy in back like the promotion suggests. I did take note that the promotion said it's capped at $20, does that mean I am not eligible because it was a bigger $ tournament? I just assumed that meant I'd get $20 back instead of the $30 buy in.

Is there a date on the bubble freeroll? Can't find one, and I'm sadly in

Here are the terms,
http://us.888poker.com/promotions/burst-the-bubble/

If you did it in the timeframe stated then yes you should get $20 back and entry to the freeroll.
If you don't get a claim email today then I suggest you give them a quick call so it can be sorted out quickly for you.

I thought it was scheduled for the middle of the week but to be honest I'm not really sure so keep a lookout in the lobby or give them a call.

'My account' page is still claiming it is experiencing technical difficulties. Will this ever be resolved? My account name is byeo89 if that helps.

888Rep, can you see if a fix is coming soon? It's difficult to calculate when a tournament is starting when I constantly have to subtract 12 hrs for the 24 hr time and also 5 hrs for the GMT time difference.
This is the reply I was sent regarding this issue.

In regards to this, the tournament lobby only uses the local time of the computer; so your tournament should show in your local time.

As for the time display, we will look into making it 12 hour clock instead of 24

Is anybody else getting this message:

"We've detected remote control software running on your machine. Accrording to regulations, remote control software cannot be running in parallel to the poker client. Please close the remote control software and login again.
more details"

I get booted from the tables I'm at after it appears, though not kicked off the site. Then if I try to enter any tables it says:

"We are having trouble validating your location. To retry, please exit and log in again. If you still receive this error message, you can select Play Money in the lobby or try our mobile app."

If I sign out and then sign back in, everything is okay. But I've been kicked out of tables a bunch of times the past 3-4 days. I was just wondering if anybody else has the same issue?

As an aside, I find it odd that they misspell "according" in the first message. It may be minor but it makes the operation seem a bit less professional, I think.

Earlier one you start with 10k, the late one only 5k.

Extra 5k costs a buck.

The rule is if you miss 2 or 3 rounds of blinds. He hasn't.
