I'm sorry for everybody who is having problems claiming their RB. But didn't we all see this coming?

For the record. I received my E-mail at 8:15 and everything went smooth. I feel like the amount I received was correct, but without the use of software I have no earthy clue.

888's intentions are wonderful but their "know how" is very low.

I will wait for 888 rep to post and take it from there. I would hope they are already working on a solution to remedy the problem.

I can't hide my expired tickets. The 'show expired tickets' box is not checked. I tried checking and unchecking.

I got my email, but I have to click a link. But the link isn't there. Its just blank space.

The link would not work in Chrome, but it worked with IE.

ATTN 888rep:

my hand history replayer is not showing up.

there's simply no replayer button on the table.

i've enabled saving hand histories, yet the replayer still does not show up at all. the table is simply missing the button. i tried re-installing and that did not work, please help me to fix this issue

I spoke with support earlier this morning (before noon). After asking about rakeback, and why I didnt receive email, they said they would go through my HH and call me back. They called me back within 45 min and said I did in fact qualify, and that I would be receiving the email.

They also confirmed that the rake back starts immediately.

do you have to wager $500 each day to qualify or just once? Not that it makes much of a difference, i plan on being over $500 everyday I play...just wondering

Was on the chat support and they told me their system is still catching up and sending out emails and anyone who has qualified and hasn't received their email yet should get one within the next few hours.

Told her fine and I'd just hit them back tomorrow if I don't get mine.

Seems like quite a bit of incompetence going on with this promotion. I qualified on Thursday and confirmed this with live support the following day. The person went hand by hand to verify this- seems insane that they don't have a program to calculate. However I did not receive the email today and am currently having a very frustrating chat with support who has no clue what is going on. How confident can we be that the rakeback amount will be accurate and there won't be issues every Sunday?

Yeah it's a little shoemaker, that's for sure.

I still have not received an email, I have this strange feeling I'll be having a long frustrating conversation with support tomorrow myself.

Aah true. Just checking, that was the issue I had with the 10K tickets and for maybe a week and a half to 2 weeks of bitching ITT and to chat support and email support not one person at 888 thought to ask me this.

When I was finally contacted by support by phone, it was one of the first things they asked.

Felt a little stupid, but more so, felt burnt because had anyone told me that was a requirement I would have immediately made a deposit just to keep getting the tickets. Because of that I missed out on at least a dozen 10K free rolls.
