To clarify about the 80% Rakeback promotion, a wager can be an uncalled bet, such a raising pre-flop and having all your opponents fold or (obviously) a called bet on all streets. You must accumulate $500 in bets between 15th January (12:00 AM EST) 31st January (11:59 PM EST) in a calendar day to qualify for the 80% RB.
Good luck in your games!

So was this information, (
EVEN IF NO ONE AT THE TABLE HAS YOU COVERED), that that 888rep gave out correct or not?

And the chart near the bottom states that poker table games only count 20% towards wagering requirements. Does this mean that we need to wager $2500 in a single day to meet the requirements or will just $500 be enough?
Is this bonus-policy incorrect?

Why do players have to respond to the Claim Email if they have met the "wagering" requirements? They have met the requirements and should receive their bonus because they have met the requirements, no? They may not be available to respond to the Claim Email, for some personal reason or other.
If some players don't receive a Claim Email, is there a published procedure in place to request a review if they think they should have received a Claim Email? Or are players expected to keep on top of these complicated procedures, and more fool them, their loss, if they don't?
