anyone complaining about CS must not be dealing with 888, they've been nothing short of great. I'm still waiting on a reply from Borgata from the end of November about my free $20. I'm not holding my breath.

This thread here shows that wsop hands don't have unique Hand numbers, has anyone notices this on 888 as well since they share software?

which docs do you have to upload? is it the same ones i uploaded to get id verified? i spent 3 days uploading and waiting to be id verified and to get the ok to deposit. hope i dont have to do that again.

you have to upload DL copy and bank statement copy, i did and got the money in 2 days

Maybe this is the wrong place to ask this but is there anway to track your own stats through the hand history or anything of this nature on 888? If so what software can you use. Also, if that is not possible, what is the easiest way to covert all sessions into an organized fashion that's shows wins/losses and win rate /hr. I'm sort of new to tracking online play so any guidance is appreciated.

Only way to track this is to look at your individual hand history and do the math. Not worth it. Also i have not found a way to convert. No hud here. No way to track your own stats also.

I just won a seat in tonight's $35 buy-in, $1,000 guarantee (tournament # 140614). I didn't realize when I registered for the satellite tournament on my iPad, that the $1,000 guarantee tourney was tonight at 9:45. Does anyone know if 888 will let you use the entry on a future $35 tournament if I can't play tonight?

ever since around jan 2 888 has been a pain in the ass. ill have borg and 888 up at the same time for 6+ hours and borgata never boots me but during that time 888 will boot me 3-8 times. sometimes after 15 minutes sometimes after 90 minutes. Worse i wont be able to get back on. keep getting this bs after trying to log in:

other people at my tables are having the same problem w 888 but none w borgata. WTF. Fix this. and make it so you get to play your hand out. its coming up on a week of this ****. im so gun shy now at 888 ive been playing maybe 1/4 of the volume i want to be and at lower stakes.

i guess borgata is going to be getting my rake.

I've been getting booted alot the last week as well, on 888 and wsop, but I'm able to get back instantly. How Long does it take you to get back on?

I like the variety of different table skins offered, I don't see a folder on my hard drive with all of them. Is there a way to insert a custom background if you wanted to?

it depends.

when I get booted I x out and log in over and over again. after about 10 attempts I give up. this is weird now. then I grab my laptop and log in w out problem. ill play on laptop 5-10 minutes and then try desktop until I can log on again. Meanwhile ill go back and forth with playing 888 on laptop and Borgata on desktop until 888 lets me log on again from desktop. usually anywhere from 15-60 minutes until I can get back on using desktop.

now I would think theres a problem on my end bc I cant log in sometimes/get booted 10x as much on my desktop compared to laptop. but this didn't happen for the 2-3 previous weeks and nothing has changed to my setup. Plus I never get booted from Borgata so I got to believe its a problem on 888's end.

Ouch that's brutal. Knock on wood, hopefully his doesn't happen to me or anyone else. I would go on mega tilt. Keep us updated

I had the same problem as you with Borgata. They just sent me an email saying their records show I signed up on Nov 22. And that the promotion didn't start until the 26th. Well maybe they shouldn't have had it on their website on the 22nd then. They are going to see if they can manually add it for me.

The disconnections are absolutely ridiculous.

It's at the point where if it weren't for the really solid promotions and 10K free rolls and great actual layout and functionality when the software stays connected, I would pause to play here.

It's getting worse instead of better. Seriously, how can the programmers not figure this out yet?

Is this just going to be a permanently denied issue where they keep scapegoating "It's on your end sir/ma'am..."?

It got incredibly worse over the last update/upgrade as well.

just to confirm. are you playing on other sites ? do you get lots of disconnects on them as well. Or are you like me and only 888 is ****ing you raw?

i would say over the last 20 hours of playing time before todays sessions w 888 and borg running at the same time ive been disconnected from borg ZERO times and 888 has to be in the high 20's at this time.

BUT to be fair i played a single 2 hour sessions on 888 today and didnt have a problem. but i suspect i just got lucky today. but a guy i was Heads up with in a sng kept getting disconnected. I did what i used to do back in ps/ftp days and sat out while he was disconnected. im sure i wouldnt get the same treatment (in fact i know i wouldnt bc its happened to me like 10 times and ive got robbed every time) but thats how i role. if someone disc hu i sit out and then after 5 min ill play through. wish others would do the same at least until this wifi location method gets murdered and buried in a shallow grave. where it ****ing belongs

Yea 888 and wsop were brutal with disconnects the last few days. Seems like it is def getting worse and worse. Party poker has been holding up though. I still love 888 and wsop though, but this needs to be worked on
