It appears that the hand history formats produced by 888 and WSOP in NJ are somewhat different than those in ROW because software that can read ROW format doesn't seem to be able to read these. Could you post or point to the format (such as a sample HH file) used for the ROW HH so that we might be able to convert the NJ HHs into the same format?

i played 3 mtt/stts on 888 that finished aroung 10pm thursday and i haven't got the buyin rebate credited to my account yet. previous 2-3 days it was in b4 3pm next day.

All brands are differant with thier own support and user names and this thread is for US 888poker players only.

just fyi, I told support and this thread that people were not getting promo emails, and other emails from 888 on multiple occasions and I was told that it "was on my end"... come on guys get it together, this shouldn't be that difficult. Besides the 888Rep on this page the support for 888 is atrocious. Please do something about it.

Also, I had to change my emails to start getting emails but I still didn't get the wintersale rakeback promo because it was an automated message and for some reason no one is smart enough how to figure out how to resend the promo offer? seriously?

I know there is going to be a lot of "kinks" to work out but some of this stuff should not be difficult. Had to vent. thanks for listening.

no back to bitching: i keep getting knocked off (in the middle of a hand lofnl)from 888 at least 1x a night and cant get back on for 10+ minutes. im using the wifi adapter 888 sent me. **** this wifi location method.

The most annoying part is it never seems to happen 10 minutes into my play. nope. its happened the last 2-4 days and only after ive been logged on and playing for 2-4 hours. it always seems to happen either deep into a mtt or when im 2-3 handed in a Sng. thats just a terrific spot to get blinded off for 10 minutes.

Wanted to update the thread about the NJ 50% rake back promo.

Support was finally able to locate my account and make it eligible for the promotion.

Another huge plus was that they credited my account with 50% rake back from my play over the last week. (Wasn't much because I stopped playing on the site but still nice to see)

Big thumbs up to 888 for making this right.

What is the rule regarding gaining new 10k freeroll tickets for playing tournaments? You have to play 3 tournaments to get one or two more? Pretty sure I met the requirement if that's the case but wasn't granted any new tickets.

this has happened once again during the last 2 nights. knocked off 1x sat night and 2x sunday for 5+ minutes after playing no problem for 3+ hours. i guess this is just never getting better?

borgata freezes 1 or 2 x a night but its a fast click x or altcontroldelete task manager end program and log on again. 1 min tops. but 888 its 5-10 minutes.

i like the no fee sng/rakeback/buyin back/ lower cash rake (i think) but in the end this is costing me more $.

Well what I alluded to in the post above this on page 13 or 14.

I had planned on making a deposit at some point anyway to take advantage of the 100% match, I was just holding off to see if the player pools got bigger and if the software would get less buggy and support a little more informed.

If I was told right from the door that I had to deposit to keep receiving tickets by the other promo's, I would have simply deposited the $10 minimum.

With how relatively slow the match bonuses are released on all these sites and the fact you have a 100% reload match as well, I would have just deposited the $10 and continued earning free roll tickets.

But for a week and a half I went back and forth with support through email, chat and then phone and not once did someone have the common sense to ask me what should have been an incredibly obvious initial question/mention to me from your guys' end.

So although again I'm appreciative of all the free stuff in general, I personally wound up missing out on the potential for a nice additional slice of free money that you guys still paid out to other random players anyway.

Considering I'm 5 of 10 in those free rolls cashing, missing out on maybe another 10 to 15 of them which I would have earned if I was simply alerted to the fact I had to deposit, chances are I would have at least cashed in 3 more of those, they're relatively easy to cash in and even go medium deep with the flat payout structure.
