Got a flood of tickets in email this morning - hopefully the issue is now resolved.

So now don't I get to rant about the email from support last night, which stated, in part: "please ensure you have also opted into this promotion", something I'm sure the support rep could have checked themselves very easily.

how come when I download the android app from here http://us.888poker.com/androidapp/ and I install it, it keeps telling me my username and password are wrong?

I use the same username and password to login on my pc so why does it tell me the username and password are wrong on my s5?

And ...... how are the free roll tickets flowing? Did anyone make the leap and get all 5?

Was pleased qualifying 3 out of 5. Those Aces are tough to find. And, no way I was getting the casino one.

But as usual a glitch. Got two tickets on the same day, then the 5 day qualifier e-mail ticket came today. Went to register, and low and behold there were only 2.

I like the site - Blue is eye-appealing. But it seems every time I try a promotion in the last year, something happens. I am 888 bit. (snake bit).

No problem though, I will gladly play my two because there is no way I am going to get an e-mail answer from customer service in time, am I?

And, it just isn't worth getting on the 855 number to try to work it out.

By the way, how about a 2nd Anniversary Giveaway?

Deposited $80 11/25 yesterday, to take advantage of 50% reload bonus. The $40 bonus went into my balance instead of pending like usual. Checked my account and the bonus was restricted. So if I run bad is it available to lose but cannot be withdrawn? Anyway I think I cleared $1.50 yesterday since only $38.50 was restricted when I shut it down. Long story short today I won $10 today playing and my balance is correct but now $47.50 is restricted and my winnings are not available. My available to withdraw is same as yesterday.
1. MY bonus was added to my balance but restricted
2. My winnings from today are added to restricted but yesterdays are not
3. Bottom line I have no access to the 10 bucks I won today

Has anyone else had a problem or noticed any change in re load bonus
I assume 888NJ will straighten it out and if someone else has a problem I can just sit tight but if it's just me I may have to deal with customer no-service

since the latest update my tournament filter settings are being reset every time I open the client, and for some reason they're sorted in reverse time order which is a weird mix of annoying and confusing

The quickest and best thing to do is to give support a call and ask them to tell you how things stand regarding the bonus.
The phone number can be found in the poker lobby cashier.

I´m a NL Texas player who plays at the JP tables and i think 888 should re-think about their JP system. First of all i think it is just unfair for all the players who post the JP and never win something and only one guy wins it all! Second , imagine if all the players who posted the JP when it gets hit wins also a piece of it? Imagine like 50 rec players with 1k in their account? Tables will run all the time! I mean the one who hits it should still get like 50%-60% . What do you think guys ?

It’s a good idea but we are not currently working on changing the JP tables configuration.
I will pass this suggestion on to our product team so that when they rethink the JP tables, they take it into account.

For several weeks, I have attempted to get an Account Statement Report at various time and have received the following error each time:
"A temporary error occurred. Please close and try again later."

Is this a known issue? What is the outlook for resolving this issue?

I have had this problem for both WSOP and 888 for many months. Support is no help. I asked them to manually send me those reports and can only get them to send a yearly win/loss total statement that has much less detail than the reports.

888 and WSOP support doesn't seem to be able to generate these reports or they don't know what I'm talking about - even after sending them an example of an old one I saved from last year.

They ignore all questions about why the function doesn't work on the client.

888Rep... immediately after I sent you a PM with my user name I tried to get a report again (just to verify the problem still exists). Interestingly enough, it worked this time (I had also sent an email via your website, so it looks like someone was able to help).

Incidentally, fwiw I've been having a problem with your iOS app for quite some time as well. Immediately, after the splash screen, I get a black image that fills the screen and never progresses to the point where it asks for a user name/password. I have the latest version of the 888 Poker iOS app (version 3.3.23) and I'm running iOS version 9.1 (however, this problem has existed for many, many months for me under many different versions).

I'm trying to figure out if the happy hour is still on, and what the promo code is. When I open my email, it says the promo code is %%PROMOCODE%%
and, of course, it says Hurry, the offer ends on %%OFFERENDDATE%%

I'm just using regular g-mail - this shouldn't be a problem

BTW - whenever I click on a banner for a promotion, my internet explorer opens, and my Verizon says, sorry, we could not find us.888.com. This is a home computer, so it's not being blocked by anything as far as I can tell.
