I have had this problem for both WSOP and 888 for many months. Support is no help. I asked them to manually send me those reports and can only get them to send a yearly win/loss total statement that has much less detail than the reports.
888 and WSOP support doesn't seem to be able to generate these reports or they don't know what I'm talking about - even after sending them an example of an old one I saved from last year.
They ignore all questions about why the function doesn't work on the client.
