If you reside in New Jersey then the answer is yes and if you don't then I'm afraid not at the moment.

888 rep could you take a look at that thread please, I wish I had posted it here instead.
You wrote this in the US thread instead of the ROW one.
Can you send this to support with all the evidence and also your poker user name and they will look into it.

Thanks

Hey guys I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere so hopefully I can find a proper answer here
so I reached the silver status about 3 months ago and now apparently I get 4 percent cashback instead of like 2 percent but how do I get the cashback ? Is it paid monthly ? And the only thing I could see was you can change your ppints to cash instead of buying stuff but I didn't notice any change from bronze to silver I still was going to get 36 dollars ? Help please

you won't get more money for points you already have but you now get 2 reward points per status point instead of 1.25.

Yea thats why I quit, I was Gold making like a crappy 20% cashback, then they demoted me to 5% cashback because I took some time off and they are crazy if they think I'm playing with 5% cashback.

Good Morning All! Oh, it's evening.

Talk about a long respite. Almost a month and not one post to this thread.

The 888 Rep could take the month off and nobody would even notice.

So, what are the Promos for September 888 Rep? I did like the Pairs promo with the attached Bonus. A few more of those would be nice.

I do understand that things are influx due to the potential sale of Party and 888 missing the opportunity to buyout a competitor.

And does it seem like the NJ sites are holding back? Wonder why????

Is the site down? When I load the app I see people listed at tables but after entering my log in info I get a never-ending "connecting" pop up window.

Anybody not get their freeroll tickets? I see 125 people playing the freeroll tonight - so want to know if it's just me, or did others have problems also?

2 years later and they still have issues properly dispensing tickets on time?

Same here. Same old same old. 888 falls back on the 72 hours to wait.

That does not work in the beginning of the promo. If you are depending on the 1 point entry for playing cash, 888 misses it.

The $10 deposit should work always and since 888 wants you to play the casino games, which I will not do, that probably works also.

See you at the poker table eventually.

Yes, incredibly, but not surprising. I've missed two freerolls now. Playing tourneys, should be earning the status points and the ticket.

Don't they realize the cost of customer support they have to spend resolving these problems way outweighs the little bit of coding they would have to do to make sure the tickets are generated correctly?

just noticed this promo today. its been 12 hours since i deposited 10$ to get ticket. still no ticket. would have thought the deposit money option would have been awarded a tik near instantaneously.

888 rep still miss those Stud 8 and omaha 8 limit cash games....

cool that they are running freerolls again. gl getting your tickets all.

You should allow up to 72 hours to get the tickets,
Most of the times you get them the next day @ 8:00 am

Right, which doesn't explain why over 100 people got their tickets the first day, while I, and others, had to go through customer support, thereby missing the first two freerolls.

Customer support did just grant me my first ticket, but I am still owed 2 more.

As was said above, these issues also happened with the previous daily freerolls over a year ago. It's frustrating that it still hasn't been fixed.

I haven't played on 888 in many months. Seeing all these problems with freeroll tickets doesn't make me miss it. This has been an issue before and I'm sure it will be again.
