i guess 888nj is saying that now that wsop/888 have combined some of the player pool thats a good enough "promo" for feb? maybe if they did a 100% game/player pool combine but...

if no freerolls ok fine but how about a redeposit bonus? looking to take money off god awful Party and put onto wsop and 888. waiting for reload bonuses though.

Why in the world does the Status Progress bar not start at the 1st level at the beginning of the month?

Hi 888 Rep,
Two questions:

1. Any new promotions on the horizon?

2. Is there a filter on the chat? Abusive language filters?

Trash talk is fine but a few really cross the line with the "7 words" obscenities.

1. Definitely, but I have no details.
2. No but you do have options to ignore the chat
The problem with filtures is that they still post the same rubbish but with gaps in the text to confuse the filtures.
I will send this over to the team for you for future consideration though.

888Rep is it possible to get Account Statement Reports that are older than 6months? I am talking about the pdf that is generated via the software and includes all tournaments, dates, win/losses etc.

I am trying to get my full history for all of 2014 but the software only allows you to go back 6 months. Support hasn't been much help after several emails.

So can you help me please?

All I can do is to forward this to support but first I need your poker user name so they can locate your account.
User name duly received thanks

I understand that the status you gain for one month is active through the next, but as an example, say I get 50 points and I'm Iron for the rest of January and through February.

The Feb bar starts with your progress towards 200 points and the next level, but if I don't get the 50 points by end of February I don't stay at Iron, so why doesn't the progress bar on the tables start there each month?

Not completely sure what you mean here.
If you don't get the 50 points in the month you go down to blue for the next month and have to start over again.

Shouldn't this be made available to everyone for tax purposes?

Right. So shouldn't I see a progress bar towards 50 points before I see one towards 200?

Yes you should.
Can you please contact support regarding this and add a screenshot and your poker user name and they will be able to advise you further.

Thanks

I should think so but I suppose once you understand how it works you can save them every 6 months and there should be no problem but of course if you don't realise this in the first place it's of no help to you.
I am unaware of the reasoning as to why they are only for 6 months at a time but maybe it's to do with the regulations.
The best thing to do in this case is to give them a call and they will explain it all for you.

Sorry I can't be of anymore help with this.

Unfortunately support does not seem able to generate the reports over 6mo old either. They've only been able to give me a report that breaks down total win/loss by month, but does not include any details like tourney ID, dates, etc. I've also received a huge .csv of every single login/logout/dc with timestamps and account balance...but not what I'm actually looking for.

It's the same with WSOP.

Wish I'd known this earlier...I would have manually saved them each month. Silly me for trusting the software which states "Account information is available online for 180 days. If you require older data then you should contact our support."

edit: I will note that at least 888 and WSOP replied in a timely manner. I requested the same information from Borgata 3 1/2 days ago and still have not gotten any reply.

I have just been informed that this is being looked into by support and although it may take a bit of time you will get it eventually.

Fixed limit games have been temporarily removed due to a technical issue. Games will be restored as soon as the issue has been resolved.

1/2 way through February and no new promos. Way to keep your player base happy and playing more! Looks like I'll be playing at Party Poker from now on.
