I just spent 10 minutes on the phone with support, and they refused to acknowledge the issue. The emails over the last 2 weeks clear say they are good until 1/31, but the rep kept saying the promotion was extended yesterday.

Meanwhile, there are 55 people in the freeroll tonight, when usually they have 400-500.

I will PM over the information.

I called customer support and they gave me 1 ticket from my play on 12/31 even though I should've gotten 2. They didn't give me the 1 ticket I earned on 1/1. They said they have 72 hours to give out the tickets but they gave me a ticket because I called and complained

Well I called back, got the same agent, and she had changed her story - and had already returned the 3 tickets to my account, with a 2/1 exp date.

But not in time to get into the 7:05 freeroll. 59 lucky runners, with a min cash tonight of $18 instead of the usual $5.

logged into play the 1st of the daily freerolls and i see 60 ish regged and i legit laughed out loud and said " ****ing nj ipoker does it again". knowing they just pissed off 400 players.

such a bizarre bunch of companies. almost like they want to fail. Its like an episode of Columbo and at the end of the episode you find out (" oh ugh just one more thing mr Party-WS the 88th....) the ipoker companies had a massive life insurance policy out on the njipoker market. THATS WHY THEY KILLED HIM.


im lucky enough to still have my tix and the expiration dates changed to feb 2.

Re:cashback short change. loved the promo wish theyd run more like it + advertise.
but its not worth my time to go chasing after 10 ish$ (need to check history for exact number) by emailing and going after CS. whatever man just keep it

im glad during the last 4 days of the promo i wasnt able to get much playing time in or id be pissed though.

Please inform whoever it is you give our comments to that next time we inform you of a problem multiple days in advance that maybe they should pay attention and try to fix it beforehand.

I told you that you'd have hundreds of pissed off people and you ignored it. Before you get snippy again, I don't know what, if anything, you personally did or didn't do. When I say "you" I am referring to 888 as a whole. Maybe you personally ignored it, maybe you personally pissed off your bosses because you screamed so much on our behalf... it honestly doesn't matter.

I am owed about 6 tickets and about $25 from the holiday promotion. I have been emailing support for 6 days and haven't gotten anything other than an automated response. It also doesn't look like I've gotten double points the last couple of days, but I admit that I could be wrong about that.

Considering this happens with almost every promotion 888 runs, I have to ask. Does your team even do anything in a mirrored environment to test that your system does what you expect it to do before releasing these promotions?

I'm going to Florida from tomorrow until Wednesday so I'm not inclined to call support tonight, but I have zero faith that my problems will be fixed or even that my emails will be replied to before I return.
