Can you send me your poker user name please?

Thanks,
Then why does every days email say, and I quote...

Use your tickets to to register for ANY of the Deep Freeze Freerolls until January 31, 2015

And the emails have said that every day since December 17th. (Yes, I went through my old emails and checked the date it changed)

This is the kind of annoying little crap that all NJ sites do. There's a problem with their promotions and instead of fixing them they take shortcuts and hope no one cares.

Yeah it must be frustrating for you.
Anyway I have sent over all feedback regarding this so hopefully it will be better in the future.

Happy New Year!

A bit snippy this morning, huh?

I'm so sorry for pointing out a mistake made by your company. I thought that's what this thread was for. Would you rather I mention it here or just go straight to the state and tell them about the false advertising?

Sorry but that was a genuine post as I play poker myself and know the feeling.
I am not sure how you are reading it but no offence was meant.

The part of my post that you highlighted is what made it snippy.

Anyway, you're still way better than the reps from any other NJ site. As far as I'm concerned this is over and I don't need another reply.

I am an everyday reader of these forums and do not post but after reading this comment I feel I must interject.

Having previously worked in the industry and having to deal with ignorant customers such as yourself, this type of comment really irks me. Excuse me? You come on here and bash the rep for doing his job working on here everyday as a liaison between us and the company and he/she can't defend themselves properly given their role however I will.

What do you expect to gain from that this type of immature comment? Has 888 not been more than generous with all their promotions, free money and prizes they have given away since its inception that I am sure you have milked to the fullest? Has this rep not responded to every post and had every issue looked into no matter how small or meaningless?

To reply with a comment such as this, which I am sure the 888 rep will have addressed and fixed quite shortly, is the exact type of behavior we don't need in this day and age of the regulated industry.

Apologize to the rep or take your aimless threats of going to the DGE and take your $1,000 Deep Freeze tickets and shove em'.

I didn't see anything snippy in his comment
I understand your frustration, we are all frustrated with NJ sites customer service but let us not take it on someone who is getting paid to do this job and has no control over what the sites does or policies
From what i have seen 888 is the only site who does respond to all the posts and try to help, so he/she is doing their job fine

I have already expressed exactly what I didn't like about his reply (the part he bolded of my comment and his first line) and I have already stated that I still think the 888Rep is better than any of the other sites reps on here. My annoyance is much more with the way the upper management of all of the sites in NJ don't care about their errors enough to fix them and I fully realize that 888Rep has nothing to do with that and all he can do is relay the feedback to them.

I have worked customer service jobs and am a former pit boss. Anyone in a customer service position needs to realize that complaints aren't directed at them directly.

888 needs to realize that I did them a favor and they should fix the issue. What percentage of the 500 people that play the freerolls read this thread? 10% maybe? They can fix it or have 450 people complaining in a few days.

Thanks,
All the new tics expire 1/2/15, not 1/31/15

888Rep,

The new Double Points promo is a very good one, but I have a question.

Will the points be doubled immediately as they are earned or will there be a nightly or weekly doubling of the points earned?

I got $10 back but should have gotten 12 (the last of my 100) and no tickets.
the 10 was from an early tourney 1:30pm. the 2 should have come from the 6:30 2 in 1

What? They said they were good until 1/31, didn't they? I just logged on and mine are all gone. I should have at least three. I play 30 raked hands almost every day.

earlier, after reading OKs post, I checked my tics and they still had a date of 1/2/15. I figured I'd wait and check again later.

after reading stinky's post I rechecked. all my tics are gone except for 1 and it still has an expiration date of 1/2/15
