All players that registered to the promotion will be eligible for:

o 50% rakeback on all cash games until January 7th.

o 50% buy-in back on all tournaments until January 7th.

* notice the buy-in back is capped at $50 per week. A week is counted from the day the player registered to the promotion.
So you will get 50% back from your tournament buyin up to $50 per week and if your playing cash games you will get 50% of your RAKE back and that should be credited to an elligable players account usually the next day.

They are still being sent out so keep checking or you can give them a quick phone call in the meantime and ask them why you haven't recieved yours yet.

Did you register to the promotion? You HAVE TO REGISTER to be considered eligible for the 50% rakeback and/or buy-in back. If you have registered and find that your account is not being credited accordingly, please send full details (your 888poker uername, dates in question, games/tournament(s) IDs) to the support team and they will investigate and address your issue in kind.

Can I get a little help here..I've posted this before.
I have gmail, so I don't know if this a gmail issue or what but the emails are not getting to me, and I've seen others players say the same thing (tokens, lost password notifications, and I see no promotion for this latest rakeback). Can you ask your superiors whats going on with this?
Next thing which is probably even more important is cashouts. I was told 5 business day is the cashout time and I requested a cashout on the 14th. The last 2 days I contacted support they have told me 24hrs it should be in my account and it is not. I'm still holding out hope it will be there today, although it is Christmas so I guess its possible it wouldn't happen today either, in which case tomorrow would be realistic. However, with the site being regulated by the state now (and not some offshore unknown) I expect that your payout times listed on your website to be accurate. I'm pretty sure you guys don't want people "filing grievances" for money that is owed to them, if you get my drift... Has anyone else tried to withdrawal with or without success?

I would suggest that you wait until the 27th because even if it has been sent by 888 it may not be listed as paid by your own bank because of the holiday period.
Can you give support a quick phone call and ask them to subscribe you to recieve pronotional emails.

I still have not received this offer in my email. I deposited before this promotion and used a different welcome code. Live support told me to wait 24-48 more hours for the email. Pretty tilting playing without the buyin/rakeback as the promotion ticks away.

Clicking the banner just led me to a statement to respond to the email - no way to register without the email.

It's for all players so please either email or phone support ans let them know that you have not recieved any email regarding this promotion and they should advise you accordingly.

The email is maybe taking a bit longer due to the holiday period so please give it a little more time or maybe contact live support again just to double check.

I emailed customer support, and they emailed back:

After reviewing your account it was noted that you initiated your first deposit on December 4th 2013 and this promotion began on December 23rd 2013.

In light of this finding, this explained why you did not receive a mailer, as it was not currently active then.

Was customer support mistaken? How do I get this fixed?
