Stud only goes go .5/1 but Omaha H/L goes up to 30/60?

OK so...

I get a random call from an 888 rep and they tell me the reason I have not been getting tickets is because I have never actually deposited.

I was at work, well literally on the way home from work in the truck when I got the call and couldn't get into details too much so not sure on if this was legit why, or they're just telling me this.

Can anyone tell me if they were getting their tickets without ever depositing?



Anywho, they told me sorry for the confusion and shipped me 2 tickets for my troubles of calling and wasting my time and all that anyway, which if was true was semi-cool. Sort of cool, but still only semi, cause...

I explained that if it were explained to me right from the door that I wasn't receiving tickets because I never made an actual deposit,

A) I would have never been so adamant about the lack of support,

B) I would have made a deposit ages ago(a $10 deposit instantly gets you 5 tickets and then all the money I won through free rolls would have been at play and so I would still be earning tickets playing the limits I am currently rolled for in regards to my balance meaning I'd have been playing these free rolls the whole time and still have tickets to get me through the 7th),


Then I explain to him again, I didn't know this and if they simply told me this I wouldn't have been so aggravated so he said I'm sorry and so we'll ship you a 3rd ticket...


Guess what?


Still only 2 tickets in my account.


And also I asked if I deposit now will my tickets be retro active and I'll get those?

Answer? No...



So once again, I have had varying amounts in my account, as high as about $400 and have been playing a huge amount of raked hands and if this was explained to me sooner I would have been able to taken advantage of the promotion fully and have had tickets to play free rolls I wasn't, and even if it were told to me last week, I would have been able to at least earn enough to make it through the 7th of January.


So here I stand, having withdrawn most of my balance, promised 3 tickets given only 2 and lost out on many an opportunity.


I get this stuff is mainly free(In my case fully, but only because I've been crushing micro limits and tourneys, no brag meant lol, just facts), but again 888, this is your promotion, why are you trying to nickel and dime people out of it and throw confusion everywhere?




So again I'm told 3 tickets, only get 2.

Again I would have deposited a week and a half ago if things were made clear.

Again I wouldn't have missed out on all types of free rolls which are ongoing and being paid out regardless if I'm personally playing them or not.

Again I should have enough tickets at this point to play all these free rolls through the end if I was explained the proper format and yet I am not.

Again I'm feeling half burnt.

And for the record the overall promotions 888 are running are really great if they were more upfront about some of them and promoted the other promotions on a little bit of a wider scale.

All bitching aside(which IMHO is fully legitimate), the actual promotions themselves are really nice and I'm still surprised they are getting as little traffic overall as they are.

888 and WSOP easily have the best software layout IMHO. Party is gross looking and Ultimate is atrocious.

Despite all of the wifi booting and issues I've had...888 is a keeper. This promotion is great for everyone. I'm just curious as to when they credit your account the $$. Midnight? The next morning? I don't think I received any of my credit from yesterday..I played a ton of raked hands and a bunch of tourneys, and I'm 95% sure it didn't reflect in my balance.
