Now I'm just getting doubletalk. I sent this this reply:

>Hi ,
Thanks for your quick reply. I assumed those two tickets were from the five cash tournaments I played on Saturday. I also played five more on Sunday, so I should have received four tickets, not two. Please doublecheck this.
Thanks,
John

and now I get this:

>Hey John,
Thank you for your response.
John, I am writing you regarding your tournament query.
Once you have completed playing 5 tournaments or 30 raked hands, you will get one more ticket for the 10k freeroll.
In light of your claims, please check your email inbox, junk and spam mail to see if any notification was received.
John, I trust that this information was helpful.
Should you require any further assistance feel free to contact us again.
Kind regards,

Devonette I.

I played in five tourneys on Saturday (two tickets) and five more on Sunday (two more tickets). I received two tickets total. As they say here, 2+2=4, not 2.

The reply I got makes it sound like the rep didn't even read my e-mail. And why, if I played "five more tournaments" would I receive only one ticket, anyway?

Do all five MTTs need to end on the same day or just start on the same day?

I think they all have to start and end the same day. Mine all did.

The latest rep tells me I only get 1 freeroll ticket for each day I play five tourneys...

>Dear John,
Thank you for contacting us. My name is Karen and I will be assisting you today.
John, I am sorry for any misunderstanding, however, as per the terms and condition on the promotional offer you would only receive one(1) ticket.

... Then how do you explain this e-mail I got saying it's TWO per day?

Hi John ,

Enjoyed your first $10,000 Every Day Freerolls? Want more?
Now you can get another 2 tickets. That’s another $20,000 to win!

Here's how:

Every day you play at least 5 tournaments, you’ll get 2 more $10,000 Every Day Freeroll tickets.

Offer ends on 12/20/2013.

No rep help here? I've been back and forth with support four times already and it's really getting annoying.

888 rep, did you just skim over my post by accident or ignore it?

I still haven't received my 2 free roll tickets for my 5 played in one day MTT's.

Also, is that true you're supposed to get one for every 30 raked hands?

I have had 100's of raked hands daily for weeks and not gotten a single additional ticket.

Reading the T&Cs it seems that you get up to 1 ticket per day if you play 5 tournys or 30 raked hands.

Chat has been helpful to an extent. Extremely slow and still has not corrected the problem. Again dancing around the issues and my questions. Also, now I have to call in to get my raked hand history verified for the probably dozen free roll tickets or more they owe me. Also more or less has tried talking me out of having the chat log emailed to me.

Again, none of this stuff is confidence inspiring for big deposits.

Guy in chat tells me he's going to email me log.

Then he tells me I have to wait 10 minutes.

10 minutes goes by.

Nothing.

Then this...

888 Chat Support: "Okay. The chat transcript has been forwarded to my superior and they will email it to you. Unfortunately, I will have to close this chat."

888 Chat Support has disconnected.

I took the person's name out as to not start anything unwarranted on the forums.

This happened instantly after I waited at least 10 minutes though. I was given no chance to reply. Message was posted, then instantly disconnected.

I'm not sure if this is standard procedure or not, but really?

I copy and pasted the whole log into my email though.

888rep,

So I'm not positive this is still an issue but maybe it is and could solve some problems. Your guys email system is messed up. When I needed to cash out and was suppose to receive an email with a code, it did not go through (not in spam either). The Same thing occurred with my forget password "token. If this is happening with those two things it is possible it is also not working correctly if there are emails that are suppose to be sent out to activate freeroll tickets or whatever else. I've already brought this issue up on here and to a customer service rep. You would think something like this would be fixed ASAP.

OK, log was emailed to me. Just wanted to update that.

Strange way of doing it though. I understand if he stayed logged on some people may have wasted his time further or been cantankerous, but simply waiting a few seconds for a reply would have left me knowing more of what was going on instead of feeling I got hung up on and posting a negative image on here.

Just one man's opinion haha.

You couldn't PM, and the rep couldn't PM you, because your account was too new. I have enabled your PMs for you, so you can send the rep a message now.

. . .

Maybe I'm being a little fickle, but it feels like these sites are missing the mark some on customer service when dealing in an industry where they're catering to people gambling actual money. Especially when this is so cold through a computer screen and not in person at a casino where you get actual personal treatment.
Similar thing just happened to me. I was asking what the payouts were and what the chip counts were for the people left in the tournament the night their system crashed (because of maintenance being performed at 11:45pm, kind of a busy time i would guess lol) because I was wondering why I was paid just a small amount. After FIVE emails trying to get that info, now I am being asked to provide my name, mailing address and email address.

First of all, why is any of that info needed. I'm not asking for any personal data of mine or others. I just want to know what they paid out in that tournament because I think I should have got more. Or at the very least, I want to know how they decide these things if I'm ever going to trust them with more money.

Second, after 5 emails this is the best way they think it is to respond to what I think was a reasonable question?

Third, they're asking for my email address?? Hello you dumb*****, you're emailing me to ask me for my email address??

Fourth, you have my acct name. Shouldn't you have all my info?? And if you don't have access to it, then maybe there's a reason you don't, but then don't try to get it when you don't need it.

I think as soon as the other sites get an iPad app and the freerolls here stop, I'm done with this site. (The above incident is not the only issue I've had of course, it's just an example.)

Please forgive us for now as it's a really busy time with this launch as well as other technical advancements ie phone apps etc. Things should calm down soon and get back to normal so please bear with us for now.

Thanks for your feedback njguy, I will send it over for you.

Let's agree to disagree on what is feasible. Also, I think being busy at this time should not have been a surprise to anyone, and really should not be an excuse. Imagine going to a restaurant and getting poorly cooked meals just because the restaurant was busy opening weekend. Would you like an excuse the meal was bad because they were busy. Would you really be eager to go back there to eat? Maybe only if they were offering free food and was the only restaurant in town. Like I said in my other post, once the freerolls stop and the other sites get apps, people may leave.

Again, nothing personal against you. Just mgmt that made these types of cost conscious decisions.

No, this is not going to happen. They are two individual and independent companies just on the same platform.

This is the same problem I had with the reps. We're not just talking about five tourneys, but five in one day, which the e-mail clearly say gets you two tickets. Finally got an e-mail from support this morning saying they were wrong and I got the two tickets this morning...

>Hey John,
