I sent PM and will try not to discuss this it further here. Aside from my individual issue, there is a procedural issue. If tournaments are cancelled in progress, they should be automatically chopped. Until now, I thought every site did that.

By the way, how can we do RB on fee-free S&Gs? I believe that most (if not all) S&G players would rather fee-free instead of RB. In fact, fee-free is 100% RB on the S&Gs, don't you think that's better?
Obviously yes if it was driving action, but up until this point it's not. So maybe some other type of method would work better.

When you NJ guys play more than five tournaments in one day, how fast are you getting the two $10K freeroll tickets in your account? I played six MTTs on Monday and another six last night and haven't heard anything from them. Thanks.

We just started doing it; so let's give it a little time to work and then we can reevaluate if we don't see an increase in players. We want an increase in traffic there as much as you; so in that sense we are on the same side.

PM received and issue escalated to be addressed via the Support Team.

We do have a tournament cancellation policy that works just the same; however, in this instance, it did not happen. It is being looked into by our tech guys and I am sure will be fixed for any, unfortunate, incidents of this type.

Yes. Absolutely. SNG regulars like to play multiple tables and they are needed to form a strong player base for SNGs. You really can't play multiple tables effectively without a HUD.

The other guys have hand histories enabled, HUDs work, so regulars will flock there instead of taking advantage of this generous promotion.

So 888 Rep, if others are getting these tickets the next day, is it possible they missed me on Monday? I am out of tickets, but plan on playing a bunch tonight and would like to include the $10K in my plans if possible. Other than being up in the air about this, I am liking 888 so far. Good promotions, haven't gotten geo-location disconnected this week (after more than 25 times last week), etc. Thanks.

Yeh, I kind of figured. Seems like all the sites have bugs with the new NJ software.

With regards to sngs...I would like plo sngs spread, as well as super turbo for 4 6 and 9 max tables instead of just hu super turbos. The rake free promotion is a good idea, but with the majority of players not playing them anyway its not going to increase traffic that much imo. Maybe a weekly/monthly sng leaderboard with bonus's.

I can tell you that if you do it in person at Caesars it takes 15 minutes or so... haven't done one any other way yet.

Is there any thought of combing both 888 and wsop's player pool? You would have a better idea than me whether it is people like me playing both, or whether it is more unique users playing one site over the other. Clearly combining the two pools would increase overall traffic. Not sure if that is even something under consideration though.

Cool. I hope you're right because it's been approx 70 hours; so I should have them within the next two. But the fact that the other guy got them in his account the next day makes me a bit pessimistic.

thanks for the info. I had live chat support up after trying to deposit and for some reason she couldn't answer that q. Im guessing she just didn't know but she was acting like it was some big secret.

regardless I still cant make 1st deposit and ive used my 2 tix up and im sure you have to make a deposit to get these daily offers.

im lucky enough to have binked my account up to 130$ in the last 2 days w out depositing and have been playing (and getting raked) and not getting any daily challenges emails.

888 support can you confirm I have to deposit (I want toooooo) before I get DC emails? even if I have $ in account and am getting raked in games im playing?

Going on 3 weeks haven't been able to verify my location when I am in the middle of Jersey, have 10 signals around me and have bought every available wifi adapter and range evxtender at Best Buy. When will you start using cell triangulation as a backup to WPS? Instead of playing at home this weekend I have to travel to Parx or Sands. NOT GOOD!!!!!

Is there a way to block all chat, especially those annoying popup bubbles? I can't seem to get rid them all at once. I have to block each player individually. Thanks.

think its settings (on top of lobby) - table layout- game settings- click hide table call outs. I think that gets rid of the chat bubbles.

still nothing from support, don't know if I've been paid out or not. so unproffesional. i would be embarrassed at this level of support for technical issues that 888 are purely responsible for.

I had to contact chat to get my refund from that night the site crashed.

TBH, chat was a little standoffish and evasive and closed the window on me when I started asking about why I had to contact them to get my refund and other questions, which were not asked in a rude tone or as a loaded question, just very matter of fact.

Basically the equivalent of they refunded my buy in after taking like 20 minutes to bring up my history and then when I started asking what support must have deemed as prying questions, they "hung up the phone" on me. I ended it on an "Alright.", which immediately resulted in the support using it as an opportunity to disconnect from the chat.

Also, I was asked the answer to my security question by the support member. I reluctantly gave it, but I found that suspect and invasive, a tad inappropriate really, similar to being asked for your password. I mean I guess they have to verify somehow, but I don't know why they needed my protected info to get in my account from their admin end of the software?

As a final thought, you'd think as a little butter up they'd have just shipped us all 1 free 10K free roll entry as well. Again, that costs them pretty much nothing as the free rolls are going to run no matter how many tickets are sent out and there's a cap on registered players for each one. It would have just been a nice gesture, especially with how easy they are to come by anyway, such as the tourney's in a day promotions and deposit promotions.

Maybe I'm being a little fickle, but it feels like these sites are missing the mark some on customer service when dealing in an industry where they're catering to people gambling actual money. Especially when this is so cold through a computer screen and not in person at a casino where you get actual personal treatment.

Can anyone give me the details to the 888 welcome bonus that was 100% match up to 500$? So far I have cleared "hot bonus!" worth 10$ (annotated by an "I"), another "hot bonus!" worth 10$ (annotated by a "P") and another Hot bonus! worth 4.00$ (annotated by an "I"). Can someone please clarify what these mean especially why the one is only for 4.00? Also, is this a relatively slow clearing bonus?

Thanks
