Hi guys, I'm Esteban (username Richads) an amateur poker player and after talking with some pro's, (can give theirs names if they want to be involved in this) they strongly suggest me to post my story in here. So let's go, this should be kinda long.

I was playing some $25/$50 on GGpoker's Vip Tables. I had all my bankroll on the site (which after some reflexion is a dumb move ). I went all in on the turn after calling Stefan Burakov's all in with K8. He shows AK.

Then, running options appeared, I didn't press any button and it started running 3 times (after the 5 seconds time laps period). I was playing on my iPhone XR. The hand was on the june 28 2020 and after that they put their server on maintenance........ GGpoker can maybe give you the answer to that?!?!

It ran 3 times but, according to the screenshots, you can clearly see that he declined the option (he was 94% favourite and I was 6% with the K8) so I lost the 2/3 of the pot. I'll put the hand history in.

So I guess he should have at least taken the insurance, in my reflexion, why would he agree to run it 3 times if he can buy the insurance for like nothing and have his cash back if an 8 comes on the river. This is what I'd do if I was him.

I'll let you guess what was the river card , an 8!!!!! I was so happy that I sucked out him, then came the 2 others river cards.... WHAT THE HELL.

This is frustrating, because I argued with the technical staff and they said that the play was correct and it has a '' glitch '' with their hand history system. They sent me a forged hand history as an argument and they fastly closed the argumentation which I believe that it not a good way to treat their custumers.

I'll insert the screenshots I took the hand (from mobile and PC (to make sure that it wasn't a screen glitch) and I'll add their respounce, and other things that you guys need to understand how bad I feel right now

I hope someone can help me having the 2/3 of the pot back (almost 7k usd that is a lot for me)

Do you have the original message wherein they sent the altered photo? Personally im willing to believe anything bad about GG poker at this point, but it's a pretty big accusation to just post a doctored photo and claim it was sent by them.

I'll try to find it in the many e-mails I have ( they are mixed with deposit and all the stuff lmao). I don't understand why you are saying that I could be trash talking em, look at the plays

Seems like every other week there is a negative thread about GG on NVG. Interesting.

I don't play on GG so I don't know what is available to you. However, a couple of things come to mind:

1. Does GGPoker allow you to export hands? If so, can you go back to that session, pull that hand history and share it here? I'm curious to see if there is any code in that file that will indicate Stefan's declining the Run It Three Times request.

2. Do either of the other two players remember this hand, or have some way to look up their version of it? (Granted, that might not be Fedor Kruse, but whatever automated system he has installed at the moment, so the actual person might not have any memory of it.)

If I go on their pokercraft
This is the hand history modified, they did a maintenance like 4-5hours after this. It has 2 ways of seeing the hand : On their pokercraft and directly clicking on the player

Can GGpoker or another person confirm that is has been a maintenance around the 28 and 29 of june 2020?

That could help me getting to them!

I wasn't insinuating you were trying to unjustly trash GG, my only point is this is the first instance we've had were we can potentially verifiably prove that GG is acting in bad faith towards players, so i think it's important to have a very clear and demonstrably legit version of events.

Preferably we would have stefans account too, but i understand some high stakes players may have one reason or another for not wanting to speak out against GG.

This isn’t an argument at all, insurance is -ev even if it’s cheap, almost all pros never get it and I can guarantee you basically any reg is way way more likely to accept run it 3 times than buy insurance

I'm not saying this as an argument tho 😂
