do you have deposit bank equal with debited in USD as in picture?ussually debited is converted to local monetary as in your example CAD .

http://i63.tinypic.com/xqkx1z.jpg

if not go to chat support and tell them to change that , thats the only problem that charge that fee. if you still have in usd , somewhere else is the problem ( of course if you have selected usd when cash out.

if you dont have that 888poker charge 3 times conversion

1. usd-debited currency ( saying in this case CAD)
2.cad-usd ( becouse you have selected usd when cash out was made and not cad )
3.bank will make the conversion if you have other currency than the method you have cash out

hope that helps. so the only problem is debited currency wich should be usd same as play currency

you dont know how to explain

you have to tell her directly to change your main account currency into USD.

thats all : no stories with cinderella or shrek.

Next time type only this : " Please change my main account currency , deposit and cash outs , to USD currency "

Always cash out in $, you also need to contact 888 to ensure your settlement currency is $, otherwise they add a fee every time.

I have skrill £ acct and cashed out $6K+ only to receive £140-50 less than I should when it was converted. I have written to the Trans@cassava.net email address to see why I've been shorted. If they dont make this right I just wont ever play there again as this is daylight robbery.

How is this going nowdays? My 888 account is in USD and liked to withdraw it to my European account (which is in USD). They told me is not possible for Europeans to withdraw USD anymore via bank transfer.

So what options do I have to avoid %-fees? Visa takes 1,95%, Neteller 4%. I dont have Skrill in USD.
