Wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I've been looking around online but my situation seems to be different from what other threads cover.

I last played on 888 on Friday July 27 when I won a small $12 tourney (yay). I don't use any software other than PT4 when I play. This morning, for the first time since Friday, I went to fire up the client and got a "Your account has been temporarily disabled" warning message. I checked my email inbox and spam folder and nothing. No email warning whatsoever.

I've emailed support to find out what the hell is going on but I haven't received a response yet. I checked the FAQ as the message suggested but none of the possible reasons for account disabling apply. I can't for the life of me figure out why they would suddenly disable my account, and with no email explanation.

Anyone else have this experience?

Yeah but my situation was different - I didn't get an email accusing me of using AI.

I did get a response, they said it happened because I entered the wrong login info too many times so they sent me a link to reset my password. I hadn't attempted to log in at all since Friday so that has me a bit concerned that someone has tried to hack my account.

Yes this is happening to me at the moment as well. My account is fine though i only get that popup when i try to open the client on my mac. When i log in on windows or the instant play browser i can log in fine.
