I am a Portuguese player with an account on Pokerstars.pt/pokerstars.eu and pokerstars.es, I also have a residence with other Portuguese players on the Netherlands and we usually go there to be able to play SCOOPs, WCOOPs etc.

In late January we came to the Netherlands to be able to play on pokerstars.es and we were going to stay till the end of the Turbo Series. We are 5 guys in the same house, all playing on both sites.

The first saturday we were playing we were not being able to log in, saying our passwords were not right. We all sent an email, they asked for some information about our relationship with eachother, everything was solved and we were able to log in.

The next day we were playing a full session on pokerstars and our accounts were frozen for like 1 hour, making us unnable to play, we were all playing lots of tables, (one of us is RuiNF and he was sitting 2/11 or 2/13 in the 2100$ High Roller and was unnable to log in untill they were 7 on the FT, the only refund stars gave him was 2000$). I got a full refund on that day with the ICM value of my stacks as well as all my house mates.

On a diferent day this happened again to one of my house mates, the pokerstars served had some issue and pokerstars went down, after that he wasn't able to log in to pokerstars.es, he was on a FT 200€ PSKO 6 max and we were only able to see his chips go to the other player. He didn't got any refund on this (this is a PSKO tournament so he should recieve more than ICM as bounties are not included in the formula).

The same issue hapenned 4 times again till yesterday, on those 4 days I was unnable to play on Pokerstars because it took them more than 6 hours to solve the issue. Between one of those times I recieved an email saying the problem was solved and it should not happen again.

Yestarday it happened and it took them a long time, again I was unnable to play on pokerstars and the problem was only solved at midnight. After recieving an email saying I was able to log in again I sent an email asking what they needed from me in order for this to not happen again. I recieved an email today saying my email was forwarded to the management.

Surprise surprise, I am not being able to log in to my pokerstars account today and neither is any of my house mates, only the ones who were already logged can play.

This is just ridiculous, its so tilting that I have made a trip to play on pokerstars and are not being able to 1/5th of the days, everytime because of the same issue.
