Legal action absolutely will not work against a Costa Rican gaming site.

Don't threaten to sue, or you will look like a dumb rube, and they will hang up the phone laughing at you.

There ARE some threats one can make which might have some impact, if one is willing to really throw down the gauntlet, though.

None involving violence, don't worry.

Pablo,

Have you acted on the posts telling you to contact Joey? He's going to be busy for at least the next few days/week but I'm sure he'll make a video on this at the very least if/when he sees this thread. This situation is absolutely ridiculous and it's blatant theft in almost everyones opinion.

Does 5dimes have any "pros" on their poker site? If so, contact them. Try contacting anyone with a large following who might speak out on this. Obviously poker players/people are your best bet here unfortunately. Try getting Kevmath to RT a tweet to this thread or something during hours when most of his following will be awake (say night time in Europe/daytime in Americas). This kind of stuff is going to put the most pressure on 5dimes.

It should definitely be posted on every single sports betting forum too if you didn't already do that.

Not to be disrespectful to the OP, but he would benefit a lot if someone would speak on his behalf who has a lot of experience in this industry, particularly in the social media type of area where their words can have more of an impact and/or through companies that provide a good source of income to this network. The OP made his case, but better now to tag to someone who can effectively argue his case and apply pressure, pressure, pressure.

Threats of lawsuits are worth about 0 give or take 0. Action has to be taken to impact their reputation and get some of the places that support them to help resolve it or include them in on the story as well as being non supportive.

Would be helpful if 2+2 put some weight behind it, even if they do not have any business dealings with this company. If they took the lead then other news type of sites might follow, and this (based on what is seen so far) is a "good" fight.

I've offered to have Pablo come on my radio show.

That would be a good first step. I can try to ask Chicago Joey to have him on, too.

Posting this on sportsbetting forums is a good idea.

That is a nice offer, and he should take it (though truth be told I am not familiar with your show), he should also really look for someone to speak with him and on his behalf that can make the case in a very clear, professional manner, ideally a person familiar with this network.

Last year, 2018, across all formats, we sold 43 copies of the Stoxpoker book, Winning in Tough Hold 'em Games. Our direct profit on those 43 sales doesn't even cover our storage costs (for this particular title), and if you want to add in things like insurance and other overhead, we have lost money on this title every year for the past eight years. Also, it's my policy not to announce royalty rates for any individual author since I consider that private, but I will say that the total royalty that we paid Nick Grudzien for the entire year of 2018 was under $100. And if we were as greedy as you imply, we would throw away our inventory on this title and not sell it anymore. We also have a number of other books like this which we're keeping alive that we now lose money on every year and expect this to continue for many years in the future unless there is a dramatic change in poker.

Hey Pablo man, I'm so upset about what I just read. I never post on these threads, but you showed me enough proof that, well I really hope you get paid.
What I don't understand is what a Fantastic Marketing opportunity that 5dimes is letting slip right thru their hands. I mean, come on, $20/month to play at wsop.com for dinky prizes and the chance to get into a WPT event...how about a customer who's never spent a dime with us over 3 years, manages to hit the Bad Beat Jackpot and win over 52K. You deserve an apology and possibly the rights to use your name and image for marketing.

As I suspected, Sportsbookreview.com deleted my posts about this. They are shills for 5dimes.

I was mistaken about SportsbookReview.com. They did not take it down. I just couldn't find it. My apologies to them.

WOW...

You mean this thread? https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...ollars-me.html

Please ignore my invitation to submit a complaint to SBR.

You and your mate Mason called out here are obviously some sort of lying scammers.

He didn't badmouth Mason. He was talking about Kilowatt. I'm not sure why he thinks they're scammers though. I believe Kilowatt's site is literally about calling out scammers.

I had my account banned probably over a year ago. I also built up a roll playing the freerolls. I actually made i think 3 or 4 withdrawals successfully. I had like $100 or so left on there and when I went to withdraw the rest of it my account was banned for "abusing the freerolls".

So sorry OP, but I am not surprised.

Sorry this happened to you OP. Honestly, there are few online sites nowadays that are trustworthy with money.

I'd definitely shout your message far and wide for the whole poker and sports betting world to hear. Go on Joey's show. Maybe get help to make a youtube video. If they are going to be scum bags and rip you off of $53,000 that is rightfully yours, hopefully you can at the very least make them hurt a bit in the wallet by dissuading bettors and poker players from every dreaming of depositing on their shady site.

I for one will never give a dime (no pun intended) to 5****s, err dimes.

This. Worth way more than 52k in publicity.

So what’s the outcome? Is SportsBookReview going to help you out? This is going to be very interesting to watch play out. SBR has had 5Dimes ranked as a top book for what seems like over ten years. Do they get kick backs? I guess we’ll find out. Are there any lawyers on this site? Does Pablo22 have a case?

One more question? Is there a completely different discussion going on in this thread? T-Shirts need to be made: Pay Pablo22...His Money

Pablo, I doubt it will help, but I just tweeted this at them... I suggest everyone bring them as much bad publicity as possible:

Wow! @5Dimes screwed a poker player out of $52k. He won it on 12/31/18 and they changed their TOS on 1/2/19 to make him ineligible and seized the money. Don't play poker or sports bet with them.
I'm so glad I live in NJ and have legal/regulated online poker

If someone steals your car, and gives it to someone else, they aren't really stealing it.

LOL

So what if they're in financial trouble and are taking it from him and paying it out next time when hopefully they're in a better financial spot. THe fact they have his 53k for the time being is stealing. You can't steal 53k out of someones bank account and put it back later and not get charged with theft because you were going to put it back later.

Plus what if they have the BBJ programmed in a way where their own bot/account will win it a vast majority of the time and since that didn't happen they're taking this route?

How stupid can you be to make this post/claim?
