Congrats, Pablo. I'm really glad that things came together and they finally did the right thing. I often read similar posts on here, and the OP usually gets roasted by the community because ultimately they did something wrong and "weren't telling the whole story".

What strikes me in all of these stories, whether the poster did something wrong or not (and in this case you clearly didn't do anything wrong), is the total control and lack of accountability that the sites seem to have. Essentially they say "you broke our terms and therefore we have the right to take all of your money without any proof or evidence". In most of civilized society, things just don't work that way - but somehow in the mysterious world of online gambling, companies get away with it all the time. I'm really glad that this time the person who legitimately won a lot of money actually was able to keep it.

Lol they didn’t really have much choice really. If it wasn’t for google cache I would say they would have gotten away with it. They obviously realised that 52k wasn’t worth being known as a scam site

Don't count your chickens until they've hatched. You don't have the money yet. So I wouldn't celebrate until you have the money in your hand. They can send that email to you and hope it keeps you quiet/happy for a while and then never pay you still.

Glad you got paid. Ive played on there for a long time and never had an issue.
I had a very similar issue with a casino's BBJP and I know the exact feeling you felt. good for you

So happy for you OP. But cash in hand is better than talk... but I think you're going to be ok. It shows that a bad publicity can still work to get things accomplished in this industry.

Whether they paid him eventually, or didn't, I will never in my life give 5Dimes any service after the way they tried to rip this guy off, changed their terms and conditions *after the fact* to fit their scam, bullied this guy saying he was "wasting their time" when he was trying to explain how they were ****ing him.

****. 5Dimes. Forever. Bruuuuuutal scaminess.

If you have money on that site, get it out of there.

I'm sure his lawsuit, which he paid more money for via GameProtect, is working out well. Surely he's recovered all of those funds and I seriously doubt that he just threw more good money after bad to a brand new affiliate with no background whatsoever claiming they could recover the funds.

Try contacting Juicy Stakes. Good chance they have your balance and will work something out with you to recover it.

SBR is a big, authoritative, highly trafficked website. 2/3rds of said traffic comes from the USA which is a very large market for 5D. Furthermore, SBR specifically deals with sports betting, which is the bread and butter of the 5D Group.

So, in essence, you are a scammer, because you flapped your mouth off giving inaccurate info, made unfounded claims, and slandered several people due to YOUR lack of correctness? Isn't that a hell of a lot worse than anything OP said or did this entire thread? You are a dick wad and a complete shmuck.

I think you might want to reread the thread.
