How are deposits made?

I was perma banned by Grandpoker/5dimes for winning too much and to protect the recreational players(this is what management told me). Over a period of the last 3 or 4 years I've played a few thousand hands and won probably around 75-100 buyins max. Pretty annoying.

Any card catchers work on grandpoker so HM/PT4 might work?

So I went to make a withdrawal today and was told I do not meet the rollover requirements. I asked support and they said I need to rake the $ amount of my most recent deposit ($1,000). I made a 1k deposit in April to grind a little during the rona boom.

I remember them having a wager requirement, but it was in terms of dollars bet, aka I go all in for $100 and get called that is $100 off the rollover...so is this a new policy? Games barely run. It would take me 2-3 months to grind 1k in rake on here.

So you can't cashout from 5D unless you give them your entire deposit? What a crock of ****!

Just an update.

They did say winnings could be withdrawn. I did another check (hey checks are free) withdrawal this past Monday and it was denied. They stated I could only w/d via BTC b/c I deposited via BTC. Ok thats fine (although they conveniently didn't mention that a week ago).

Tuesday I do a BTC w/d. It gets denied, says I haven't hit rollover req, again. I go back and forth with a live agent, telling him support told me I could w/d winnings. He finally agrees I'm right and puts me back at the top of the BTC queue. They do a phone and email verification for BTC withdrawals. Phone call goes fine. I receive their email verification and I reply. I look the next day and under my withdrawal it says still pending email verification. I hit up live support and they say they haven't received my email. I sent it a few more times and no luck. They said it's better if I switch my email to a gmail account.

In order to switch emails I have to send them an email from the current email (which isn't working) telling them I want to change my email. I say how the HELL is that going to work if you aren't getting my emails? Eventually I get my email changed to a gmail account.

I request another BTC withdrawal Thursday afternoon. I get their email verification today in the morning, I reply, and the BTC hit my account an hour ago.

They stated a few days ago I could pay a 5% admin fee on the deposit amount and that would void the rake requirements.

Guess you don't even have to be that good to get banned by this site cause I was told I can't play poker on there anymore after I requested a cashout, but I'm "still welcome to play on their sportsbook and casino". I didn't ask for their reasoning or try to fight it though cause I figured it was along those lines, and I got the money this time unlike last time.

Fortunately they didn't confiscate my GPPs when they took my balance though and I was able to use those plus the freerolls to get a $100 to cash out. Cashing and making deep runs in those tournaments was 2005 level easy and my last score on the site was winning the ~90 player nightly GPP which has an initial buyin of 1GPP plus $.50 add-ons and rebuys. I max late regged with just the free entry and ended up winning it. Had other runs where I cashed or made FTs doing that as well. I assume that's probably something they reviewed when my cashout had to be "approved by the poker department".
