I was under the impression that this was being privately discussed/negotiated and that it was nearly settled (a while back). I guess that isn't the case...

But now that it is back at the forefront, I think it should be known that the OP has multiple 2+2 accounts. He is using those multiple accounts in this very thread, cheer leading his own cause. Over half a dozen pro-OP posts in fact.

Ok, I don't know for sure to what extent he is a POS.
Sometimes I say things on the internet that don't hold up in a court of law.
Posting a thread like this and then never offering a resolution is a really scummy thing to do imo, bc it makes the site look bad, but with no basis.
(I would be happy for the site to look bad/stuff to get exposed if it needs to, but this is essentially just gossip, and can cause people to stop playing there).

There were few more names, but they dissapeared lately.

Issues I have ...

1. Player won't disclose his SN.

2. I also don't fully believe him about the amount withheld. He typed the amount different multiple times. Which could be related to issue 1.

The issue I am iffy about ( not sure if he is telling the truth or not )

1. Not knowing his first account ( on a different skin ) was banned.

But all that is trumped by the below ( if OP is telling the truth )


OP contacted support ( using same email as first poker account ) and asked if he could create another account on a different skin and was approved. He also mentions to support the error code he receives on his old account. Even low level support should know what code means what.

Plus the low level employee excuse to keep his money doesn't fly with me. Even the low level employee represents your company. These employee's were trusted enough to be given enough power to delete and create second account's for players so they have the responsibility of shifting through the request to deny any that goes against company policy. Once one slips through the cracks the player isn't to blame. The employee's and company are.


This is the sites / networks fxxk up not the players.

I was playing nl600 to nl1k. i did not played too many hands because they confiscated my money after +- 1 or 2 months of play. i started late january 2018 after they told me i was able to create another account and that it was all good. what piss me of is that i did everything without hiding nothing. i used my real name, same ip, same everything because they said i could create another account after i told them i already had one before which i told them what the nick was.

i did not used another name neither VPN like i saw in some cases here and they got their money back. while i never saw my money.

In regards to your second point, in your OP, you said "37000", and then "3700" in the next paragraph. However, I think that's the only time you posted a different amount, and you clarified when someone asked, so I assumed it was a typo. I haven't seen any evidence that you "typed the amount different multiple times".

it was a missclick. the amount is 37 000 usd. and i also have a screen shot to prove it. whith the amount that they took from my account leaving me only with some few cents....

I can't remember exactly, and I'm not going to reread the whole thread, but did you ever have any other correspondences with them about the situation other than once with Live Chat? If so, could you please post all correspondences from them to you and you to them?

i did over email and live chat. i already past it here the email conversation. basically i tell them i have already an account, give them the nick and ask them if i can create a new one. they review the old account and then answered me via email that i could create another one. then i played and got banned after making my bankroll up to 37k. reason: i was told an year before that i was not able to create another account with them because they care for their recs. ( it was something like that. i guess they just want me out of their games because i was bumhunting)

It was a ****ing joke. because they allowed me. i also contacted them with the email that i registered for older account before making sure i could create a new account with them. I was 100% honest with them, i was not trying to get around them. This is so ****ing stupid because if i knew i was not allowed i would never ever create a new account with same name, same ip same all real info. I play poker for a living for 5 years now, and i am not that stupid.
But in the end i got scammed pretty hard

Yes, if you knew you were not allowed you would never create an account in the same name and same ip address. You would obviously use a different name and ip address if you knew you weren't allowed. They really screwed you over on that one

yes, the sad thing is that i talked with them telling about my older account and they allowed me to create a new one after reviewing my old account. But months later they banned me and confiscated my money telling me i was not allowed and that it was the fault of a new employee. LOL

Another thing it never happened: they told me the manager would call me . i asked for him a milion time and they answered me they would do it.I never received a phone call and i give up trying.

Final update: i talked to them via live chat. and the support told me that the management will not talk to me. they dont seem to care about their employee mistake allowing me to create another poker account. and that they are sorry.

they dont even respect their terms of service. where it says i can create another poker account if i received an writen consent. i did receive but they dont care because they told me once that it was a employee mistake.

i told them that, and they just say that they will investigate further witch i know its a joke and they just will keep saying same **** and ignore the fact it was their mistake.

I think this post provides the most concise explanation of what transpired.
Either way it seems pretty sketchy on the part of BOL to confiscate OP's entire balance. That is, if we accept all the facts as presented by OP.
