It depends. Obviously this guy conveniently left out the "my first account was banned" information in his earlier emotional posts, opting instead to say that he simply "got out of poker." In fact, his first post made zero mention of this even being his second account on the network as well, because details schmetails.

However, whether he should get his money back depends on what the network's policy is with regard to a player creating an account on a new skin after a previous one was banned. If their policy is that all future accounts on all skins will be banned and money in it lost - then realistically this person is totally out of luck, even if a level 0 customer service agent said "sure, create an account" after he asked (without likely mentioning he had been banned previously).

In the remote chance that this OP actually asked very specifically if he could open up an account on a new skin even though his first account on a different skin was banned, and he has a written reply stating that would be fine - then he should get his money back (regardless of the network policy on this). Otherwise given he tried to angle the system (either with intent or utter stupidity) then he is pretty much out of luck.

Would have saved some time if he had been transparent about all of this from the start, but that would violate the nature of these type of threads.

before this email i had a live chat with tigergaming support. where they start to ask my username and birth date. i told them my nick and my birth date. then they said to wait while they review my account and then i asked them if i was allowed to create another account in another poker skin of their network. they tell me that i can but first i need to get my account canceled. then i answered another more questions for them to aprove account cancelation.
After this i am not able to log in into tigergaming and i send the email above to betonline

ps: i dont have any print of this conversation, i asked support if they could send me and they said no! but they also said that they have acess to all chat history! so if they are correct they should review all my chat and see that support told me that everything was fine for me to get another poker acount in another skin after my account got canceled by tigergaming.

In the end it is not that easy with you, because the two types of people who behave exactly like you have so far are either the extreme angle shooter or the extremely stupid, and helping either variety is not easy, since both tend to not disclose important information throughout the process.

If you have no written proof that says they allowed you to open a new account despite you informing them that the earlier one was closed, banned or whatever word you want to use with !!!!!! after it, then you are pretty much out of luck, and nobody can help you, or put in way you might understand - nobody can help you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do your best to get proper documentation of your situation, and if you cannot, then learn from this and be more professional on these important details in the future with other accounts.

The problem with these emails that you are so excited (!!!!!!!!!!) about is that they lack the proper context of your situation. They are the emails that would be standard if someone asked if they can have an account on a second skin and were told they need to close the first one and wait 24 hours etc.

What is not included are the minor details like how they emailed you months earlier saying you were banned.

so whether you genuinely had no idea you were banned (which LOL sure, whatever) the problem is that you were banned, and that changes the whole situation, and that is not something a base level support person would know when a random asks him if he can create an account on a second skin (without revealing anything from the past, much like your initial post here).

Doubtful we will ever know (nor care really) how much of this is a liar lying or a stupid person stupiding, but it does not matter much at this point. You are banned there, and your money is gone, so do your best to learn from this experience for the future.

I would be curious to know the details of how your first account was closed (did it have any money in it when it was banned etc.) but realistically it would likely take a lot more effort to get whatever the truth is about that as well.

i am using my tigergaming email. its not a random person contacting them.
also when they say that i have to wait 24hours before i can create another acount is that because they will review my tigergaming acount and cancel it and decide if i am allowed to create a new one.
after some hours i got an email from them like i post it above telling me that i can create a new acount now.

i am also curious about details on why i got baned in sepetember because i never got to know that. and as i said above i was not playing there for some months already and i suposed got a ban in september and in that month i had 0 usd in poker balance because after i decide to take a break from poker i cashed all out from poker. i reviewed my history cashout and my last cash out was in june last year

Take a day and get all the dates and details for every account in order. After that present a case to them stating (without all the drama and explanation points) that you were open (even though not so much) about wanting to play again on a new skin without any knowledge of past issues with the old skin and if any were there you were clear in using the same name, email etc so that should have allowed them to warn you of any issues.

Your first account having nothing in it when it was banned and if it was unused for a while (all of this easier to prove if you ever said your user name etc) then that helps.

Basically all I am doing here is repeating the same advice I gave earlier. Get your information in order. Stop yelling and screaming. Be professional, and make a strong case for getting the balance back in your account accepting that you will never play poker on that network again.

If you feel you lack the ability to do this yourself, then offer someone a cut of your funds if they help you get it back and you get it back. Someone else here may be interested in that type of venture (I am not as I think it would take a lot of work to get the truth from you), and that might be a good approach for you, since to be blunt you are not presenting your case that effectively for yourself.

If this works and you get someone to help you and they help you get something back you can thank me at that time.

Damn, How much of $37,000 did you actually deposit? Why so much for a micro poker network? It sucks but most likely you will never ever see that money again since they banned you before and gave you a fair warning. They have to hold that money so banned players will learn their lesson. We're you grimming or colluding on the account before? Most you could do is maybe a charge back to get some back if it was a CC..

i did not multi account ! for me to being able to create another acount i need aprovoal of chico poker network, i need that they canceled also my account for me to only have 1 account, and i would need to wait 24hours and expecting an email from them! i did all of that. about geting ban, of course i am here telling you all i got banned on first account, because thats what they claimed ! when i was playing regulary on tigergaming i was not banned! i palyed there for some time and cashed all out. and now after more than 6 month s i got the information that my account from tigergaming was banned LOL.

You have made several claims,

1) you had 37k bankroll

2) this was money you won legitimately playing high stakes

3) you are a nit with your money/wouldn't risk having a lot on the site

4) the reason you had a lot on the site was withdrawals had been denied


None of this is impossible but it's somewhat implausible that you held 37k on the site and if you can provide evidence of this it will make your story more legitimate.

Let me get this straight. You know what "grimming" is but you didn't know what creating an account through an affiliate was? And you only started playing a couple years ago?
