These threads would be much quicker and easier to deal with if an OP actually gave properly detailed information. When that happens (maybe 1 in 50 of threads like this) - the situation gets resolved fairly easily. The other 49 out of 50 times is a slopfest where people wonder what info the OP is choosing to leave out (all the while screaming they are saying everything) until people get bored with the lack of information.

I suspect that you used an affiliate to play on Bet Online. I also suspect that your Tiger Gaming account was not under the same affiliate as your Bet Online account (if it had an affiliate attachment at all).

Are my assumptions correct?

Your user names on these sites. Details of when you opened and closed the accounts. The games you played to get your bankroll etc.

Trust me, I knew English was not your first language, but you have been asked your user names a few times and have not responded, so that creates the feeling that there is something you are not telling us.

Will I be shocked if somehow you are a completely innocent victim in all of this? Yeah, somewhat, though I can't say that is impossible. Will I be shocked if you were using a bot and got caught? Hardly. Chip dumping? Would not shock me either. Underage? Who knows! and that list goes on and on, and as much as people want to believe newbie posters with zero rep at face value, the reality is that in nearly all of these cases there is information left out on purpose, and the more emotional panic demonstrated from an OP - the greater the chances that details are being left out, and this OP is a solid 8 out of 10 on the arms shaking wildly panic scale.

You are not spamming, but you also are not behaving in a way that instills confidence that you are telling the truth, so my advice will be to future newbie posters who start messes like this.

- Get all your information organized.
- Be transparent about and provide details of all communications and your user name(s).
- Be proactive with the information.

About all things you say about chip dummping, bots and all kind of cheating. if you read my posts you will see that the reason for me to get banned was because they allegedly send me an email 6 months ago telling that i was not able to create another account in any poker site or even play at their games. but this year i talked to them via email (using my email from tigergaming) and asked them if i could create a new account in betonline, wich they aproved! now they claim that they already had sent me an email telling me that i was not able to create another account! but if they allowed me this year its not fair to do this now !


PS: i cant tell you why i was banned from tigergaming ! i never received any email from them, also they said it was sent in september last year, while i am not playing there its been almost 1 year now ! ( as you can see in email that i posted i tell them my account is blocked by administrator. i didnt even have a clue why it was like that ! i though it was because i was not playing there for almost a full year. i thought it was canceled already!)

That is your choice, and it is an interesting one given that you are claiming that 37K is being taken from you (seems you don't have a lot to lose in theory) - and as I said - that lack of transparency puts you pretty much in the standard xxxx site stole my money category with the other new posters who do not provide basic information.

I read the chat - it did not say much other than they were pretty clear you were not allowed to create another poker account. I highly doubt this was because you voluntarily closed an old one after being a casual ideal customer, but you have not provided any additional information on that history.

What you did there in the past? Who knows - maybe multi accounting/collusion/bonus promotion exploitation/botting, but the chat clearly said you are not allowed to create another poker account and you claiming that you had an undocumented chat otherwise is not proof.

Show the detailed emails of them saying that you could create a new poker account on a new skin as a start. Without anything to back your side of the story (along with your lack of transparency and abundance of crazy panic) leads me to believe what has been said all along - there is a lot more that we are not being told, just like what happens in most of these threads. Hopefully it will not be as eye rolling as the American who said Pokerstars could not prove he was in the US while playing just before pictures of him at a live poker event in Florida (on the day in question) were posted.

If you provide actual useful verifiable information in the future then I hope that helps solve this issue for you. If you do not, then in a month or so you can see the next person who posts a thread like this and see if they learned from your approach (odds are against that).

I would assume they will not provide as much useful information as you claim (just as the chat you posted was useless for your case), and that is despite how many !!!!!!!!!s you used in pleading your side.

If you are somehow telling the truth (despite all the information you are not saying) and someone else helps you resolve this then congrats in advance. I will be pretty surprised if that happens, but if it does then I will be satisfied with the result. Otherwise I will assume this gets tossed in the pile of all the other new posters yelling about sites stealing their money without providing proper information.

i thought the same about bumhunting, but this is not fair because they claim that they send me that email in september for first time and i was not playing at tigergaming for some months already. i start to play again this year on betonline, and only after i personally ask them if was allowed to create another account since i had already one account with tigergaming.

they told me that yes i was able but first i need to wait 24 hours. then i receive an email saying that i could create account now, and i did it so.

then all of this happened. they rejected all my payments, and start to telling me that i was not allowed to create another account because my tigergaming account was already informed via email with this : "Please be advised, as we cater for the recreational player and those players interest are at the forefront of our policies , regrettably, due to the activity of your account and in order to protect these players, your poker account has been permanently closed"

I could explain it, but why? You have clearly answered "no" to my queries. Do you wish to change your answers for some reason?

No. Having an affiliate can not give you rakeback as the Chico Network does not allow affiliates to provide rakeback. Any affiliate caught doing so loses their entire book of business.

what i did was i registered after talking to support and telling them that i already had a tigergaming account. after that i went to betonline offcial website and register a new account.

So what happened is you had an account on the old skin, your account there was banned because they determined you were not a recreational player. Then you asked if you could make a new account with the new skin, and they told you yes and you followed those procedures. But then months later they banned you again, and basically said woops we missed that you were already banned on the other skin, we shouldn't have let you make an account here either. And then they closed your account and have maybe confiscated your money. This all correct?

I think you should probably get your money back, because they told you that you can make a new account. But I have trouble believing that you weren't aware that your old account got banned and that the ban made changing to a new skin also against the rules.
