I need someone in here to help me ! i just got informed by betonline support that i got ban from poker site and got my 37000 usd bankroll confiscated ! i ask them why and they told me it wasnt in their interest allowing me to be playing there ! they want recreational players and not me !

They told me their decison was final and banned me and take from me 3700 usd just like that !

please i ask you if someone in here can help me ! i am shacking while i write this. that was a lot of money for me that i was not expecting to lost like that.

2. Post all the email correspondence you've had with them over the issue. Not just emails you've sent them about it, but post the actual emails they sent to you to explain why they closed your account and took the money. If you want any sympathy or help from the community

The problem with your point 2 is that they never answer me by email and i never get notified by email ! its on live chat ! they just told me it was not on their interested for me to continue to play there and it was final decision. just like that !!!

this is their answer from live chat after i asked them why they banned me:

Yes this belongs in Internet poker thread.... However there must be more to this story then you are telling us. I would suggest getting on the phone with them / email them asap. to get something written down. Good luck.

1. Is it $37,000 or $3,700?

2. Where did they say they confiscated your funds? Did you try to withdraw them through the sportsbook?

3. You really need to get more clarification. Email and/or call them.

4. There is obviously more to the story. How long have you played there? What games and stakes did you play?

I also suspect there’s more to the story than you’re telling us.

If not, then I’m terribly sorry that this happened to you.

2 i had it all in my poker account, i send it to sportsbock and then it was 0 balance.
3 they keep saying what i post here every single time, like i am talking with a bot
4 i have been playing for 2 years. i started at tigergaming a year ago, than i got out of poker. this year i asked support at tigergaming if i could create an account in another poker skin ! they told me that i could but first i would need to cancel my tigergaming account. i did that and created an account in betonline.

then i played there all this year highstakes cash game poker and now i am banned !

every time i try to call them it tells me its not available. i am from europe maybe thats not for me.

I would still suggest having this thread moved into the internet poker forum might have people with similar stories / same thing happen to them. You are probably going to have to be very patient with them considering your 100% at their mercy at this point and basically just hope they give you the time of day to explain / tell your side of things. I don't know why they would take your money other then maybe they thought you were multi-accounting / cheating / colluding etc. But you are going to have to try and find that out from them. Best of luck, but go make a post in the forums for internet poker you will have a better chance of talking to someone who has gone through this already.

i did nothing wrong !! i did not cheat, i did not collude and i did not created multi accounting because i asked them via email personally if i could change skin !!

How much was your initial deposit? Did all of your account balance/winnings come from only high stakes cash games? You played nlhe and plo? Providing your nickname on the network will allow for other regs who play in those games to vouch for you.

ok..now i am geting other kind of answer. they are saying this : I have escalated this to the security team and they will get in touch with you. they claim that i was not able to create this new account !! but i talked to them over email and live chat before i creating this new account! my tigergaming was blocked by adminitrator and i told them. i didnt know why it was blocked, i assumed it was because i was not playing there for 6 months straight. i know about multi account rules thats why i send them emails and talked to them over live chat and explained my situation and every time they told me i was fine with creating a new account, i just need to canceled my tigergaming account, wich i did.

i also provide them the email that i post here. i dont have any chat history that would help alot more but i hope that email is enought for them.
now they say that security team will review account and talk to me later

ps: i didnt recveive any email from them telling me that, and also they claim it was last year that they told me i was not allowed. ok fine ! assuming i received it ( wich is not true at all), this was last year at spetember that they claim to send me ! i talked to them in january ! and they didnt say anything about not being allowed to create new acount.what they did was telling me that i could be creating a new poker account and guiding me on how to being able to create another poker account.

So you got your money back (you can withdraw from sports account) and they don't want you to play there anymore?

This sounds like a lot less of a big deal now.

At the very least you should be getting your money back.
