Is it hard to click a couple of times at the end of the day? It's what everyone will do

No VPPS for 5/10 NL+? gofu Stars. A good idea for guys who play 5/10+ is to cashout/deposit as often as you can, Stars pay about 2-3% per cashot/deposit, thus you make them lose money (at least short term).

Under the guise of poker environment you just decided to take a huge portion of the money from players who makes you the largest amount of rake. Just greed

Thoughts from a bronze/silver star player:

1. I'm kinda looking forward to the steps program (I've been aware of it since the UK program was announced). Because of the 50% rewarded to a partial steps completed I am perfectly aware that I may not play for an extra couple days at the end of the month if I know I won't reach the next step. On the other hand, it is nice to know exactly where you stand in terms of rewards, and I foolishly like shiny things.

2. I am very disappointed to see that the Stellar Rewards are disappearing. Even if I only earned a couple a year, it was nice to get some "free money" every few months just for playing. These did encourage me to play more at times to reach the next reward, even if that is what PS is trying to discourage with these changes (albeit more for high stakes players).

3. As much as I despise playing against the mass multi-tablers slowing down the games and will be very happy if they get reduced in numbers, I do feel it's highly unfair to not reward any VPPs for the high stakes games. VPPs should reward everyone's play, and there's no reason it should be any different for certain stakes/games.

4. I'm a little confused as to why there is a buy-in for the Bronze Star "freerolls" but Chrome Star+ get in for free. If anything, the Bronze Star tournament should be the only true freeroll as they are the least likely to be able to afford it. I would go even further and limit the participation in each tournament to players within a single level (e.g. Bronze Star freeroll only available to Bronze + Silver, Silver Star freeroll only for Silver + Gold, etc...).

4b. Happy about the increased prize pools on the freerolls.

I think I had another point, but I don't remember what it was.

5. LOL at all the posters with <20 posts coming out of the woodwork to complain about PS every time they announce something negative but are nowhere to be seen when they announce something positive (even if it has been a while since that happened).

You are taking tons of money out of the poker economy to try and run marketing that might not even work.

'social aspects of online poker' - Online poker will never be a social thing, stop with this.

'We are introducing these changes to move towards a more balanced long-term poker economy and to return the game back to one that rewards skill via winning at the tables rather than playing primarily for volume.' - So how are Spin and Go's skill exactly? Some random rec player has binked a $1m jackpot and the skill edge in a hyper turbo is very small compared to other areas of poker. Stop giving away massive amounts of the poker economy in what is basically a slot machine.

I recently moved from stars so isn't effecting me at all and could never reach SNE even if I tried. But this will effect every one on stars with a ripple effect if rakeback grinders are breaking even at a certain level now they will be losing or making a small profit through rakeback rather than a achievable wage through rakeback so have to move down a tier now the regs are beating the lower tier regs so the lower tier regs move down so on and so fourth end result each limit will increase in skill level leaving the fun ayers to get smashed and the regs to improve work harder than ever before.
My thought on this money grabbing situation stars go **** your self

THERES A STORM COMING

Ps will be funny to hear all the sponsored pros thoughts on this

Was expecting a restructuring with more benefits to recs/lower volume players. Instead it's just massive cuts. There's no upside at all for players of any level, could be an opportunity for Party/888/Unibet to do something big.

if there was some measures such as loose back to recreational players, that would make some sense to cut in the higher players and give it to the losing the players, because they would come and play again anyways, and would make the game more fun to them,
this are just big cuts to increase rake...

So instead of battling eachother, in both mid/hi-stakes hypers and cash, regs will just drop down stakes, rake less and take more money from recrationals leading to them getting destroyed at even lower games. IMO lose-lose-lose situation.

Same happens if they ban huds/limit table count. Recreationals think they're at an unfair advantage when playing against players with HUD's, but wait what happens when a good reg plays six tables vanilla and actually pays more attention to fishes tendencies instead of staring at numbers.

Cut rake to half in every game and Im okay with this, though.
