I play poker long time, on many different sites,i not play profesional, but im winning player and never had any problem anywhere except on partypoker.

So let me tell you my story with PartyPoker...

I deposit 20$, play weeks or two, won something about 250$, (its not big money, i actually dont care about that amount of money, but this is just ridiculous behavare of Partypoker, and they cant steal peoples money, no matter what amount.)

...and back to story... one day when i try login, i was getting message that some error ocurred... I was litlle suprised because i never expected that my account is closed, and partypoker didnt send me any message before, but i was thinking maybe they wanna just verifiy my account or something.

I send my ID, and after few days, partypoker operations send me message:

"An investigation into your account has highlighted suspicious activity related to your account.
This activity is in breach of points 4, 6, 13 and 16 of the terms and conditions of partypoker
Your partypoker account has been closed and the funds remaining in your account will be confiscated."

So.. this is just nonsense and i will explain it now...

4. TRUE IDENTITY AND ONE ACCOUNT
I send them my ID and on ID in our country we have OIB - that is mean personal identification number , and all people in our country have different, so its unbeatable evidence that my account is true and that i have only one account. (Maybe someone open account on my name before, but i doubt so, i never lost my ID )

6. YOUR USE OF THE FACILITIES
I never use any program, 100% , i dont use any hud, hem, just nothing, dont have even downloaded or install on computer any, so this is just false. I dont know how can they shameless lie like that.

13. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND FAILED DEPOSITS
I deposit with paysafe once 20$, i pay exchange fee , transaction go well in first attempt, i deposit many time on other sites with that, and never had any problem. I play all my games fair, partypoker can check in my game history, so this is just shamelles lie by them again. I can put my nickname here so all people can see what games i played. If someone tell me how, i can send here to anybody all my games i played.

16. FORFEITURE & ACCOUNT CLOSURE
They dont have the right in unfettered discretion close my account, because i didint break one single point in terms.


If someone knows how i can back my money, because im 100% sure i didnt break one single point PartyPoker terms and conditions, please tell me.

I'm not positive, but it seems like they suspect/accuse you of multi accounting and/or working with another account but not in play collusion.

Use of facilities is not 3rd party software. If you put all those issues together, it seems that there is either another account registered to your name or the same source of funding for more than one account.

You honestly would be best off going to Colette in their discord. Tell her English is not your primary language and ask her to explain it. The live interaction is always going to be better than email some random person.

In the PartyPoker thread, search for discord and there is a link posted. No idea if they will reverse any decision but it is likely to be your best shot

Im pretty sure that multi accounting isnt problem here, because nobody in my household dont play poker, and dont have open accounts.

I was thinking try remember if i maybe in past open already account on partypoker, but im pretty sure i didnt.

This is really big problem with Partypoker support, they need start work on communication skill, maybe with money they steal from me can pay some seminar for employees.

They throw on me random bunch of points in terms and conditions, that i supposedly breach, and they dont tell you actualy nothing, i can prove whatever it needs, but i still dont know what i need prove.

I dont have another accounts, i didnt use any softwer prohibited or legal, i didnt play never on another account , i just dont understand.

I will try contact Colette, but im pretty sure they will not back my money, i will not take any further legal steps, because amount of money is too small, so i just wanna say to other people: dont play on partypoker, cashout and play on others sites, there is bunch of others sites more trustworthy.
