pokerstars are strongly considering highstakes being zoom only at the moment which would obviously have similarly small pools.

^let fast fold go the way of the DoN. redraw seat after every hand is still an interesting feature.

Colluding has always been possible in poker, and it will continue to always be possible. There's much simpler ways to collude/cheat in online poker then to see who fast folded or not using the method OP stated.

Why not just have 3 friends at one normal table and share cards over MSN/skype/aim in PLO? Why not install trojans on other people's computers? Why not enter the same mtt 7 times but make sure to open other tables so it's ok if you have more then 1 account at the same table? Why not have a bunch of horses enter a MTT and just take over for whoever goes deep? Why not play HU poker, play the BU, then sit out the BB thus gaining a slight edge? Why not agree to a flip, then actually look at your cards and decide if it beats a random hand or not before you hold up your end of the deal?

Zoom poker is fine. Can you cheat in it? sure. Is it worth giving a **** about? no.

I have not read all but did not read this on the first pages:

This could only exploit 1-Tablers.

Without fast fold you might as well be playing on a normal table since you have an easier time getting reads. Being randomly redrawn to a new seat after each hand has no advantage whatsoever. It is the fast fold feature which results in extra hands per hour, and is the sole reason people play zoom.

Disabling fast fold on high stake tables only makes sense though, as the zoom tables would still help with the bumhunting problem. 1 fish seated at a full table with 15 others on the waiting list. With the Zoom format at least all those players would get seated and have a shot at the fish.

collusion is not required once the player pool is smaller. pokerstars are strongly considering making high-stakes zoom only.

lots of messages in this thread mention that stacksize means it doesn't matter very much how many tables people play.

Change my word from "colluding" to "cheating"...and it still stands.

Full Tilt did not allow a folder to be seated with anyone from their 'folded' table. Hopefully Stars is doing the same.

This would allow exploitation only with info from two different accounts, which can be filed among the 1 million ways of cheating using collusion or multi-accounting.
