I get that people like you will look at this individual case and declare its the end of the world for Pokerstars, but that is not how reality works and I will give an equivalent case that happened here in Canada

In this case a poker player won a case against Canada's tax agency about whether his winnings were taxable or not. At the time some here cheered that this meant every player could have all their winnings be not taxed in Canada, but that was not how reality played out. In the above specific case the player spent a ton of time and was extremely professional and organized and went against a couple donks from the CRA in court that had no idea what they were talking about. He won, but good luck to a rando like you ever repeating what he did to win, and with cases like this (similar to the German one) it is up to the player to prove they are right.

Thus, as much as you want to think the single case you linked will be the start of an avalanche of similar cases the reality is there will be barely any, because for most players the amounts are not worth the cost and also there is no guarantee they will win as well. Still, if linking that gives you the false belief that the world is ending for Pokerstars, and that brings you some joy, then continue to do that and better luck in your freerolls. Also, feel free to dismiss my accurate post as shilling if it does not tell you what you want to hear and believe. Riggies gotta riggie in the end.

There is nothing too complicated to prove, they ran without a license and all losses should beb paid out if requested.

It's been moved again. He seems to think this is really, really important information for the rigged thread, so he keeps posting it there again and again even though it has nothing to do with the topic and is as likely to move the needle WRT people playing on Stars there as it is here. Maybe one day he'll figure out that NVG gets by far the most traffic on this forum, and that his topic might even be considered threadworthy there (I'm not sure how the mods there would feel). Or he'll just keep tilting at windmills and reposting it in the thread where no one cares.

The single lawsuit is an interesting read and result, and congrats to the player that took the time and effort to do that fight, but a rando whiny riggie taking that as the end of days due to superuser housebot lizards or whatever is the same thing we saw when riggies rejoiced as they said Black Friday was the end of Pokerstars. I have a stupid problem. I banned myself from ggpoker for I lost too much, but after years I wanted back on it again and I used a fake name close to mine and my second address where I have a house on weekends. Now I won a lot and I have over 2000 on my account but verificaion will not work. I do not want to give up on the money - although I know it's my bad. Any ideas?

Some time later, you were deceptive and went qround them to play, made a couple bucks, and want the proceeds.
