I really dont understand how does a poker site have the right to retain someone's money without a final and irrevocable sentence from a court!
Imagine you buy something from apple,amazon,whatever and they decided to not give you the product you paid for,nor the money back.In the end a poker site provides services and they obey to the law.
For example,my country has a precise law for gambling in which the poker/games operator is forced to pay any prizes or winnings within 3 days or if the poker site opens a dispute(cheating,colluding),they have to handle this within 48 hours(except on holiday times) and they have to report to the autorities.I honestly i never heard of a case going that for.Needless to say that they are not allowed to ban people unless they comited fraud,money laundering and so on.
For op and for the people that have issues with these sites: check your country's gambling law to see what your rights are in case of disputes

I have been waiting for 20 days now, with my account blocked, which they blocked imediality after i deposited 5000€. I've sent all requested documents multiple times, either by email or live chat.
I've been in live chat also multiple times, and they are just a joke and transfer me from agent to agent. I've been there multiple times, for more than 1h30min
I do not know the reason behind my account beeing blocked, however i've been patient enought to wait after sending all the requested documents prontly.
Anyone knows a phone number that i can call or is there here any Betfair representative?
