The rb should be 90% at limit, up to 5-10. The 2/3 rb is good enough for nl. The better way is to lower the limit rake, that is straight, producing like double rakes.

It's because they don't have a clue what they're doing. They could make every single MTT have a "guaranteed" prize pool and people would be registering in every single one. It's not even about the amount of money guaranteed...it's just the word itself! Yes, people are that stupid. I remember when there would be a $10+1 $500 guaranteed MTT set to go with 55 players in. THERE'S NO OVERLAY ONCE IT HITS 50 PLAYERS!!! It's obvious nobody recognizes this b/c the very next tournament on the MTT list was a $10+1 with no guarantee, and guess what, it had 0 entrants! They could've made both $10+1s $250 guaranteed or any bull**** number and PEOPLE WOULD'VE SIGNED UP FOR BOTH.

Oh really? Is that why I can still go to the website and enter my name and password unencrypted? And don't give me that "secure link" bull****. That's rediculous. I should not have to click a link to get to the SAME EXACT PAGE, and I should not have to bookmark the secure link page. It should be AUTOMATIC. There are people right now (with god knows how much money in their account) logging into the unsecured page without a modicum of awareness that their account can be hacked in the snap of a finger. Hell, how hard can it be to just make an automatic redirect of the WSEX page straight to the secured page on their end?

To USA players complaining about cashouts:

It's the GOVERNMENT'S fault. Not the sites. Even PokerStars has bounced checks. Keep in mind WSEX is a sports book, so their options are limited even further than the likes of Full Tilt and Stars.

FWIW, if you withdraw by regular mail, don't expect a check for a month to 6 weeks. That has been my experience over the last two years, but I have ALWAYS got my money. If you withdraw by courier, expect the check on the 7th business day. 9-10 times I got my money on this day...if it was a day or two late, even better because the site WILL REFUND $50 if you ask them for it. Again, I always got my money.

If you care that deeply about timely cashouts, e-mail your congressman, or use whatever political clout you have to change the online gaming environment. Nothing will change until the UIGEA is amended or repealed.

I'm pretty sure you get stymied on account of your being banned from the site.

"Responsive" means they've listened to players and put player suggestions into effect. Yes, a default secure login would be an improvement, but the secure login option they installed after it was suggested here.

The problem is, THAT sentence has been posted since Neteller was closed for US players.
That happened more than two years ago and WSEX still can't figure out how to pay people in a timely manner.
So imo, they don't get to use that line any longer as an excuse!!!

ALL the other major sports books are paying players without any problems. (meaning The Greek, Five Dimes, CRIS, Bet Jamacia)

Ya know, this isn't hard, call up the other books and find out how they are paying their players in a timely fashion!!

I will wait and see what happens, as I do most times they change something, but on a site that is only profitable due to rack back, a 12.5% cut in my profit is hard to swallow. As far as the traffic increasing, well that has not been by much and much of the “new” traffic is just old player coming back. I presume they have been offered 100% rack back to deposit. Will those players stay when the deposit is over and they are getting only 65%?

If the traffic does really increase and I mean by enough to off set the 12.5 % cut than ok, but until I see that, I will set on the sidelines and wait. If they have not increased traffic greatly in the next two weeks, I will cash out and play somewhere with much higher traffic and good rack back program.

This site has tried repeatedly to increase traffic and still no major increase has taken place. I doubt seriously that this will do the trick. If worse comes to worse they will more than likely just send me an offer to get 100% rack back once I take out the money that I have there. If not, no great loss. This site is dead and has been for a long time.

A default secure login is what it SHOULD BE, PERIOD. It can't possibly be that hard to make happen. Nobody suggested the ******ed way it's set up right now. Players are logging in unsecured without a clue they are doing so right now, all because they can't make a simple change which takes trivial effort. THIS IS MY POINT. You really think they're being responsive? Go back and read post #295. Check my old posts for all the things I asked to be changed. Any idiot could've made those simple fixes much like the "misc. bugs fixed" bull**** you see on their what's new updates or whatever the fk it is. Literally zero of my suggestions have even been acknowledged.

imo only reason they even have big rakeback is not to lose the few people they have. maybe they should just grandfather them in (for a while) and give everyone else medium rakeback through affiliates (for advertising) while they try to see if they can grow their site.

Yes and a private business also has the right to turn away a customer if they feel he is not worth the headache. This idea that anything is fair game because it's an internet message board doesn't fly with me.

The problem was that i requested the withdrawal. But nothing happens. So i went to live chat, told the transaction id and the support asked me to request it again. I did this procedure 2-3 times (request-live chat-request-live chat etc.). Finally, i chatted with support a last time and they recognized that i was really pissed. They made the transaction the same day (after i had requested it again....).

Fred would've accomplished the exact same result by simply telling me to curb it or else. I'd have changed my tone and they'd still have my business. During most of those times reading/posting in this forum I was playing on the site also!

In almost two years I played there, there was no use for fpps. There was a time when they tinkered the MTTs and you could enter one via fpps but the answer to your question currently is no.

I would imagine they can't put a value on them until they turn the poker room into a profitable vehicle, if that ever happens.

Funny, I forgot about my fpps since they were so useless...I remember I had at least 10-15K before I was axed.
