I currently have issue with them to withdraw and its really hard for them to understand. I know my english is not perfect but its can be fixed in half a second.
I deposit with interac. During the time I deposit and withdraw I got access to a business bank account on myinterac account so I can't deposit/withdraw anymore with interac.
So I tried to withdraw using crypto. Declined.
they explain to me I had to withdraw using interac, etc. I explain to them its won't work. because of my new limitation and they told me they never had such issue and try to withdraw with interac.
So I did withdraw ($20) to show them its will be declined
It those.
In all the room I used interac to deposit and got declined using another withdraw method I had to contact support. They double check my identity, ask me to deposit first with the method, etc.
Its make sense.
But for WPT I feel like everything is new to them and when something don't go "the right way" they don't know how to handle it.
I re-explain everything in a new support e-mail ( I expected someone else then the first person I speak to will read my mail) and its the answer I got
