This will be a much more serious message than I would like, my personal situation is borderline for months now and I'm on the verge of doing something that possibly we all will regret, but I see fewer and fewer ways out, the best decision is sometimes the hardest to make.

I have spent 5 months disputing my account with WPT, I have had to send them absurd proofs, some of them violating my own privacy. I attach here the list.

- Certificate of residence
- Apartment contract
- ID CARD
- Video playing from cell phone
- Video playing from PC
- Video entering my house recording the street and the interior of the house
- Shopping in Croatia (where I lived before Slovakia, in fact, from the same supermarket in the very same village where I lived)
- Videos of well known streets in Croatia where I am shown
- Photos and videos of my family in Croatia, meals in Croatia, boat parties in Croatia
- Lists of tournaments where WPT was the main sponsor and where I participated myself

In short, after 5 endless months debating my identity and residence, having even offered them to come to my ****ing house and after I guess not having found any evidence to steal my money (15k, a really important part of my bankroll), they decided to send me a message saying that their super security system blah blah blah is clear that I have done collusion and that they will distribute my funds among those affected.

Collusion? I don't even have words, something that never ever in these 5 months they had mentioned to me not even once and they have not had the decency to tell me who I have colluded with, when I have done it, what kind of collusion, nothing, absolutely nothing, it's shameful. Their only answer has been that they have enough evidence and that's it, WHAT EVIDENCE?

They have not answered my emails for +20 days, not a single explanation of their inexplicable decision.

About distributing my funds to those affected, my balls, what affected??? If anyone has received any message about some refund please confirm it here.

Right now my personal situation is very extreme, all the **** has come down on me and I can't take it anymore. I was kicked out of home because of family problems, I signed a contract for an apartment in another country without knowing that WPT would steal an important part of my bank and would leave without playing. I have been a long time already in a spiral of anxiety and panic attacks from which I can not get out, I entered a brutal downswing just when they confiscated my funds and because of my mental health I decided to stay away from the tables. Every week I get a worse new than the previous one. Right now, the only thing that can give me a break is to write this giant piece of **** in the hope that WPT will give me back what is mine.

I am willing to provide all the evidence of the whole conversation with them, I can't stand this situation anymore, this is my last chance to get my life back together. I wish it wasn't, but I feel like this thread may be a goodbye thread.

To put you in context, 9 months ago WPT decided to ban me and steal 15k from me, after a long period of dispute they alleged that I did collusion, which I have never, ever done. Of course, they refused to give me absolutely any explanation. 15k and I still do not know with whom, nor in which hand I am accused, nor what kind of collusion I have done, NOTHING!

That money made me have to withdraw all my investments (in losses at that time) in order to have liquidity. All this means that if I had not been robbed of that 15k and I would not have had to withdraw my investments, today I would have 70k more, much more than what I even have now...

Without going into details, all this, added to a bad personal situation + WPT ignoring all my emails for months, caused me to be on the verge of doing very ugly things, very close in fact, too close....

That money became my only goal to get out of the hole I was in, so I told my situation to the WPT team, to unburden myself and that, at least they would deign to tell me what I did...To no one's surprise, this didn't happen... Their security team didn't give a **** about what was about to happen...

I repeat, I have never, ever done collusion and will stand by it to the end.

I hope this post helps to raise awareness about the kind of people that are the WPT security team and the practices they carry out.

My family might read this and I don't want to give details of everything that was about to happen, I just hope that no one ever goes through something like this and that if they finally decide not to give me my money back, at least WPT rots in the worst of disgraces.

WPT has stolen $15k from me. Yesterday I posted a message exposing everything, telling how I was about to commit suicide 4 months ago as a result of something that wasn't even my fault and Alex, I don't know how, managed to laughed at me, delete my message and move it to another thread where no one will see it.

Thank god, I decided to expose the situation publicly once I got over all the personal problems, because I knew what I was up against, but that crazy guy....

I've been robbed of $15k, no one responds to me, no one gives me explanations, Alex Scott laughs and spits in my face after publicly opening up to me telling something so serious and personal and that madman, instead of apologizing and asking me privately, he realized that he made a mistake and delated my post.

9 months ago WPT stole 15k from me

Accusing me of collusion, something I never ever did. They still haven't deigned to answer me and the worst, they have been silencing and blocking my posts for 3 days, since I stopped being patient and respectful with them.

At this point, in view of the fact that I still do not receive any answer, I hope at least to bother Alex as much as possible.
