WPT Global temporarily locked my account

Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, I received this letter today. For safety, I painted over the nicknames in the screenshot. It is very unusual to receive this letter when you are a completely honest player.
My name is Igor and i play more than 10 years in online poker. I never was not blocked in any poker site and also play offline on famous poker series like WPT or EPT.
Popular poker affiliate advertised WPT Global and i tried to play it. I played at low stakes like nl60-100 absolutely random tables where I could sit and play with everyone. The games were interesting and exciting. Also i did a full account verification and played often enough. I am Russian but now I live in Kazakhstan because I am against the war and the political situation and I have a lot of free time for poker. Nicknames of the players were written in the letter and I don't know who they are. I have no acquaintances in Kazakhstan or in any other country who play on WPT Global. I did not play with friends or some acquaintances in WPT global poker or another poker site. I really don't know who these players are and I have nothing to do with them. I have always played fair and 100% did not break any rules. I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible.
