Hello everyone, WPT Global has banned me (Shakur) and confiscated funds, accusing me of multi-accounting. They confiscated ~$16,000. They respond nothing to my email request to provide evidence.

They’ve also banned my friend who lives in Brazil. He’s been playing from the same affiliate as me. He played for only 2 weeks and then stopped his playing. The key moment that perfectly illustrates their intention to simply steal players' money, is that my friend was banned (with the refund) for the same reason as me. But it was only $1 in his account. Also they banned 10 different players that played from the same affiliate.


For those who do not know, WPT Global shares the field with PokerKing Asia. So as it turned out, they trust the PCA security system, which brazenly stole money from people. And they are still doing the same with players from China.

I am a professional player from Ukraine. For more than 10 years I have been playing on all possible sites on the Internet. Many people know me personally in the Russian-speaking community.

I got banned with confiscation of funds ($9k) when I was playing in Bali. I've played poker for 10 years and know more than 100 players worldwide.
A few years ago I was banned from Poker King Asia, but after 8 months I got all the money back.

I am currently on WPT Cambodia, ready to talk to any managers.

Hi all. I made 2 videos where I provided evidence that I am a real player. I played from Bali for 3 months, after that about a week from Montenegro. In the video, I provided all the available evidence. Upon request, I can provide more information or play the session on camera.
I will come to the WPT Prime Amsterdam in a week. I am ready to meet with the manager and provide additional evidence.

I would really like to see at least one proof of my unfair play. They took 16,000 from me for no reason. From what I've heard, it's a consistent practice for sites WPT Glogal and PokerKing Asia to ban winning players just to take money. Above it was written about a man who had $ 1 and all the money was returned to him. The other two, including me, had 16k and 9k which were confiscated.

Our evidence shows that 1 person was controlling 2 accounts simultaneously in order to circumvent multi tabling restrictions. This is a clear violation of the multi-accounting rules in the TOS

Hi all. I know another player who got banned. His name is Vitaly Borodin (ChanceTurbo). We have been analyzing the game together for a long time, so our game may be similar.
According to the rules of the poker room, two players who play from the same affiliate cannot sit at the same table. They just can't sit down. Accordingly, we did not play a single hand together and could not team play, etc. We are just two separate people who have worked hard on their game together. We played on different devices and lived far apart in Bali. Then I completely flew to Europe and played from Montenegro. All proofs are in video.

I have a similar case with a temporary block (not definitive) accused of multiaccouting, when I only play with an account in my name. Did anyone get a positive response? One is grateful that the rooms have robust security measures, but that they mess with the funds that one deposits in good faith is scary and very sad. I hope that wpt gives us an answer

Hi my account was blocked a few days ago. I just tried to change my email address and their reply was to send over my ID again which I did.

Now I only receive cryptic messages that my case been closed ???
Every time I reply no its not solved, I get the same "bot" reply.

My account was working just fine. My id is 2927

My country is Norway. Please fix ASAP. And I did deposit in crypto.

I like how the OP hasn't once said he never had two active accounts so he could play more tables at once, which is the actual reason why he has been banned.

If they accused you of doing something you did not do that is NOT a "robust security measure" and when they will not give you access to the information necessary to prove them wrong that is obvious fraud. Honest mistakes punish the site as often as they reward the site; if the site always benefits it is not an honest error.

As I said in video I never broke any rules including this rule too. I had only one account which was registered on my name. I never shared my account with no one. I played using the same laptop (I show it on video and try make login. They can see logs to proof that it is the same device) all the time from Bali and then from Montenegro. I never used any VPN services or remote control programs.

If WPT global have any proofs that i have been broke the rules they can post it here or send it to my email. But they do not have anything.

I held so much money in this poker room for only one reason, there was name and logo of WPT. I know that WPT is serious organisation so I did not expect any scam from it. I needed for playing only 5-7k, other money I held only because I knew that WPT is strong and honest organisation and I did not brake any rules.

Something going on in the company.

Last 3 days their cashouts stopped working, deposits missing and after leaving tables balances would not get deposited back into accounts. Players would have to email support if found money missing, wpt would not credit back if players dont notice it.

There is also a rumor their crypto wallets may have been hacked, could be the reason for those cashout delays.

I am also having trouble with my last couple of cash outs

Now they are having connection issues where account can't even connect and login to the site. Their response was:

updated , they try their best by finding excuses to prevent me withdrawing money

1st withdrawal attempt failed = said that i have to withdrawal via local bank transfer , crypto not allow due to money laundering policy, but i did cash out via crypto before once.

2nd withdrawal attempt failed = said that i have to enter my account number with bank code , ok i follow what they said

and now still failed , i am curious what the reason they give next reply

they basically just finding whatever excuses they can to prevent me cash out
