No, the lobby says my account is locked when I try to login. Support says I broke the rules. So no one can log into my account. They stopped responding to my emails so I don't know what to do. And their manager, who was responding to messages in this thread, disappeared when I posted all the video evidence of my innocence. They didn't want to make a video call with me to sort out the situation and do a fair investigation.

Think you misunderstood my question.

I'm saying, prior to your ban, could there be someone who's accessing your account without you knowing? Do you live with anyone, and leave your computer on auto login? If someone else was secretly playing on your account, that could be why you got banned.

I don't see how there could be a withdrawal notification now if no one went into your account to make it.

Just started playing on this site last week. Deposited like $100. Built it up to nearly $1,000. Sent off documents like 4 days ago to confirm my identity and proof of residence. No response from them that they got the documents. Today I can't join any games. Says "you cannot join this room due to security reasons" What is this non-sense. I also can't deposit or withdraw. Not that I need to deposit. The best be glitch or something because if they even try to steal my money I'm not going to let that happen. I've heard this site is sketchy. I'm I'm able to withdraw my money I might just do that and take my business somewhere else

Seem like your account need KYC, you should contact your agent for help. I 've played from VietNam, and everything still good.

Slightly different situation for me, I deposited using a card and when I've tried to withdraw using the crypto option it has been rejected as my deposit was by card. So I deposited via crypto, then tried to withdraw using crypto again. Rejected again and told to withdraw using bank transfer even though my bank is not an option to withdraw to.

Pretty worrying instances going on, I hope they see our issues and work to resolve them ASAP, seems like the reputational damage may already be happening. Gl to getting your query resolved.

What is their gameplay rules for multi tabling? Do they have a cap on number of tables or anything like that?

From what they allege you didnt collude and multi account, rather you are controlling two diff accounts for cash games for whatever reason. Im assuming they limit the number of tables you can play or open sit etc
