Have anyone else play & grind poker WPT global?
I was introduced to WPT and I have been playing WPT for 4 months.
But recently, WPT started a strategy of locking user accounts and blocking withdrawals.
WPT requires users to take photos and videos of the home address and I also complied with the above requirements.
But until today it has been 2 months, WPT has not opened an account for me to withdraw money. I sent them an email but still not resolved. Now I feel disappointed about WPT, is it a scam?
All I want is to reopen my account to withdraw my money again. There is no poker site that locks users' accounts and withdrawals for so long.

to me it is the most honest poker room, and has a great support.
try to post it in the official thread of the room, even Alex the CEO of the room is there.

It's uncomfortable to say this. I joined WPTG for about 4 - 5 months with tables 0.05 - 0.1 - 0.2 and I did not use HUD or any cheating software. But WPT locked my account accusing me of using a virtual machine and not being able to withdraw money.
After explaining, they said they were doing a comprehensive check and then asked me to wait. At that time, I felt normal because my friends were also tested as comprehensively as me.
About 2 months ago, they asked me to record a video to verify the address of the house and take pictures of the house I was staying at.
I cooperated but they asked me to do another unreasonable thing. I have to record a video of myself playing poker for 3 hours continuously and must comply with the following requirements:
1/ Do not answer the phone. No texting allowed
2/ Only stay in the room alone
3/Do not talk to anyone else
4/ Perform video recording in the right location they request
And this request only appears when my account has 1,600$.
I explained that I would do it on the condition that there would be children in the room because I lived with them. But WPT still makes it difficult to have a reason to confiscate my money.
As I expected, WPT scammed my money quickly. While my friends had less balance so they had to reopen their accounts to withdraw money.
Hopefully other players won't be like me. WPT is indeed a scam site. They take advantage when users have more money and try to confiscate it.
Please leave WPT quickly to avoid this unfortunate situation. And I learned that there are many people with the same situation as me. Lost money and permanently locked my account while I didn't cheat.
