Hey Kelly, I am about 5 months in and getting nowhere.
Have become very selective at replying to emails.
I managed to get an ARN number from them for the refunds which is able to find the payments if sent to bank. However the funds were not found by bank. I know it’s not sent as it’s same with bank and credit card.
I had 2 descriptors where payments were sent from ‘spahost’ and ‘Guoije’ the later not received anything.
I get no reasons why not returned my last email was:
We have had cases before where it takes more time. Refunds sometimes can take longer than expected.
What we have confirmed multiple times with our team in charge of processing those refunds is that the refunds were confirmed so it should be a matter of time in this case.
