Have you tried getting this bumped up the chain to a manager? This seems incredibly ridiculous, even for WPN.

If WPN has anyone on social media, you might want to draw their attention to it as well.

Who can you complain to? Every time I’ve asked it to be escalated I’ve been told to wait.. I’ve been sent round in circles

Aside from managers, I was thinking of any "poker ambassadors" they might have. I'm not sure what skin you're dealing with, but I know there are ACR pros:

I don't know a lot about their role, and whether they act as ambassadors or just pros who wear their patches. I wouldn't recommend you start spamming everyone you can find on Twitter, but perhaps have a look and see if there are any that have been responsive/helped out players in the past, and if so, contact them.
