If anyone can bear to read this I would appreciate any insight you can offer. I feel a bit lost as to where to go from here but I am definitely being mistreated by WPN.

I'll preface this by mentioning that I'm a recreational player, for years now since 2005 I have played online and always have played a lot, nearly every day and I deposit 20 to 50 bucks at a time (often) and I donk it off in plo cash and large mtt's like the 50k $22 on Sundays. I only withdraw if I take down a tourney I never run my bankroll up with plo cash games I'm terrible.
My favorite current network is winning based on traffic and mtt's so I switch between True ACR and rarely BCP but my favorite username is the True Poker name (EazyGame) so thats where I play the most.

About a week ago I bought a VPN subscription for one month because I recently got a virus and I wanted to avoid that from happening again. I never used a VPN so it was just trying it out. I played poker while connected to the VPN and thats where things get weird.

I think it was Tuesday that I logged in and it said I was suspended to call support. I called in and they said we see you played on a proxy and thats ok you're allowed to play on a proxy but you have to acknowledge that we cannot be liable for any mishaps while playing on it. So he asks me to send in photo docs (I already sent in photo docs back in 2014, I still have the email) and a written acknowledgment and I can be playing within an hour. I did it within 5 minutes and never heard back.

The next day I call they tell me they didn't get it so I sent again from two different addresses never heard back so last night I got really angry (Thursday is poker league and I like to play online before I go) and I wrote them with some cuss words. All I said was they're treating me like ****ing **** and this is bull****. I also said I will just start playing Ignition.
Still not replying or calling so I just called them again and politely asked for my account back and the guy was an absolute jerk.

The man was talking in a very condescending way, as if hes saying "**** you I can totally screw you and you can't do anything".
He started by telling me that I have multiple accounts which I believe is a lie. It is possible that I made an account before my EazyGame but I do not think I did but it was a long time ago (12/14) when I made this. He claimed at one point that I have 4 accounts, theres just no way. He was saying it as if he knew he was making it up like in a playful voice, I don't know how to explain it. I record my calls and I went back to hear it again and I can only explain it as condescending. Like he is making it up and making it known that hes making it up and rubbing it in my face.

He claims that the accounts have the same password and he can give me one of the names which was "Streh". I am 100% I never made this account.
He wont give me the email address associated with any accounts and the only way to get my account back is to email him from the right address. He kept calling me a multi accounter, he said it multiple times. I have never multi accounted, I just watch Youtube podcasts and play .10/.25 plo. I don't even take it seriously, I just play.

Now to get even more weird, he asks me what is my email for EazyGame and i tell him my email and he claims that's not it. So I go to my email and sure enough I created my account in 2014 and I have been using it exclusively ever since and that is where all my communication is with TruePoker, I even get promo emails there.

I dont even know where to go from here. He wants me to email him from some "streh" account but wont tell me the email address. It almost seems like he pulled up the wrong account or something, but I think he is actually just ****ing with me because I cussed at them. The whole thing is just so weird.
I have $45 in my account so I don't have a lot to lose but I really wanted to donk into the 5mil and they totally doom switched me now. LOL
Anyhow, any advice? What would you do? I feel like I can't play any of the WPN anymore because I couldn't even imagine if I tried to withdraw winnings from a sunday major after seeing how they can treat me.

Support is requiring me to email them from an email address I don't own in order to retrieve my funds and account ($45).

I think I was targeted but IDK how it would or wouldn't help. I just felt like I needed security and that was one of the things I did. It didn't last long, it slowed things down quite a lot so I only used it for a couple days.

VPN adds some obscurity but not security. (One can always be located if needed)

They wouldn't reply via email, never once did they. Every time I called they said that they sent me an email with instructions but I never got one, they didnt send it, it was a lie. So they just told me over the phone what I needed to send. One of the times I called he said that he sees they sent it three times by three different people but my email works just fine and never got one. Then interestingly i just now got an email from them and all it says is how did we do? Nothing else at all.

I wouldn't mind posting the phone call recording, if thats legal and might help in any way.

Or it was a mistake. Or they sent it to the correct address and it's caught in some spam filter.

This seems to be a more common thing these days - people assuming anyone who tells them something incorrect is lying. The simpler explanation is almost always a mistake, a misunderstanding, incompetence - why do they need people telling you lies to steal your $45?

And one shoe drops.

So, maybe there are four accounts that they've linked some way - common IPs, similar email addresses, who knows what. And maybe two of them are yours, but you've now "lied" to them and told them one of them isn't yours, when they clearly know it isn't. Might that explain some of the attitude you felt they took with you?

Have you ever done anything that would link other people's accounts to yours? Played at someone else's house, had someone play at yours, transferred money to and/or from people? Played a lot of heads-up with someone you know?

Start by not assuming they're "making up" things in order to steal your $45. As someone else suggested, you might want to contact the WPN rep here.

No I've never done anything to link my account with another, I play alone like I always have for many years. I don't borrow or transfer money ever I play 6 max plo with 5 strangers and that is all.

I only mentioned that maybe I made an account before EazyGame because it's possible that I did, I have had a lot of accounts, I played on jetsetpoker gus hansons poker room acr true bcp sportsbook sportsbetting bodog bovada carbon dead mans hand bravo betone betus full flush every microgaming site available before black friday. I have accounts on cardchat cardplayer pokerdb poker inside pocketfives 2+2 sharkscope and this is what I remember off the top of my head so I have made a lot of accounts and trying to remember back to 2014, whether or not I already had an account when I made EazyGame, I just gave the benefit of a doubt, it's possible, but I didn't and I certainly didn't make an account named "Streh", thats just a weird name, I use creative and goofy names.

They emailed me this morning requesting the documents that I sent in 4 times already, I am pretty sure they're ****ing with me really hard. My theory, I think they didn't like the proxy use and when they questioned me about it I was less than nice and they took offense.

I did PM winning_TD an hour ago and they just reinstated my account. Thanks for the advice guys.
