made a BTC deposit about 3 hours ago. I'm use to them taking 30 minutes or less but it still hasn't even been confirmed in the block chain . Should i be worried ?

Nop, contact CS if you see confirmations in the blockchain and no $$ in your account, but to confirmations in the blockchain means you gotta wait...

I'm not too much into this crypto thing. Before I used Ecopayz and had no fees at all.

Now I withdraw to coinbase $445 worth of Bitcoin. I'm in Europe and should had received 378 EUR worth of Bitcoin but only got 374€. Then I had to sell those bitcoins to EUR for a new 2.11€ fee.

All in all I paid a ~6.11€ fee for an initial 378€ withdrawal ($445) which represents 1.6%. Am I being noob along the way? Is this normal or is it too much?

Mempool size: "The aggregate size in bytes of transactions waiting to be confirmed" the larger the mempool size is the longer any BTC will take to confirm.

Use LTC or BCH as alternatives which confirms way faster, or pay a higher mining fee.

Bitcoin Cash has a very low withdrawl fee.

Send it to an intermediary (Atomic Wallet for example) then to Coinbase or any other exchange then to your bank.

Anybody know why we can't get any info in the Financial History page? Also when you make a bitcoin withdraw you only get a email saying Your payout has been requested successfully no info about where its going or anything.

It's going to the address you provided, almost always in < 24 hours

Crtl+c/v should work. There is no right click copy/paste ability. For safety sake I check first and last 5 characters to make sure I have the complete address

Hello, I've been playing on wpn for awhile and have never run into any issues. Today I tried withdrawing to bitcoin and got this message:

"IMPORTANT
Your payout request could not be completed because it exceeds the crypto-currency payout limits on your account.

You can use a different payout method to submit your request.

Please contact Customer Service for more details."

Has anyone ever gotten this? What are the limits etc? I know there is one every 24 hours, but I haven't requested one in a few days.

Should never take that long but they usually don’t process them on weekends

Deposited from Coinbase to ACR via bitcoin 24 hours $4k. Still hasn't arrived in my ACR account. Is there a rep who can help me with this, incredibly concerning. I haven't had any issues in the past depositing to ACR, usually takes around 30 mins as expected, have had some lengthier waits on withdrawals but this is very worrying now.
