I play under the screename on pokerstars bonk30 and on wpn snoopy03. 3 weeks ago I decided to start playing wpn again. To give you a bit of context, on pokerstars I hold the lobby up to $5knl and battle with anyone. That means that for multiple hours a day I battle more then 1 table with some of the best in the world currently. Unfortunately on WPN I cannot do that and because I have no clue how to play HU. I have to manually join as soon as 1 player joins the game. I do it very fast yes, because if I dont the table gets filled up super fast by other regs. Do I use a script? Absolutely not and I would be more than happy to show you or security how I join games. My rule is as such. If the game runs I play all the way even if its full regs. I ONLY leave a game when 2 regs have left (if its full regs) and thats just because I dont want to get grimmed (play bb then lose btn). Before being banned yesterday I played a couple full reg games for hours. I do not know what is triggering the algorighm, I do join seats very quickly and I am very fast, but in no way have I ever used a script. I could do anything you want to prove it. Play on camera and show you that I am just as fast with you monitoring screen or anything you d like. If I were the kind of person to look to get small edges I would never be battling ospiel on pokerstars for hours every day knowing that the ev of that is beyond terrible. what about the warnings you previously received?

I know bonk well and there is no chance he is scripting.

He battles everyone on Stars 3h+ as mentioned, and just doesn't play HU.

WPN have some serious problems in this area in that they force people to play HU for the 6max lobby, but their are a few consensus RTA users holding the lobby often.
It's the only site I don't feel comfortable playing HU on vs uknowns.
Their are multiple players that compete for the lobby that are unknown by the high stakes community and play extremely suspicious styles, shallow with limps, many tables at once even vs known endbosses, no EV errors. Combine this with multiple cases now of wrongful bans and seizing funds for scripting and it becomes kind of unjustifiable to play the site.

Seizing funds for something someone didn't do is a horrible precedent to set, even without being combined with the blatant cheating that goes unpunished.

What were the prior warnings?

I can tell you that WPN has a zero leeway policy regarding any of this. I know of three players with close to 150K that was just seized and zero chance of recourse. They are all PLO HS players and I know plenty of other HS PLO players and have heard of zero refunds given out.

Two offered teamviewer access to their system and to play live on teamviewer to show they're not scripting. It was never even considered.

The one commonality the three people I know with this issue is they used the onboarding seating script in the same manner.

No idea if you did or did not script, but sadly I think there is zero chance of any recourse. Mgmt/security is in my discord and there has never been any movement in that topic.

maybe there is zero chance of recourse because they only take this action when they are 100 percent sure someone actually used a script? also it looks kind of weird (fishy) that OP did not say nothing about his first warning in his post. that would be for sure an information i would include if im coming to 2+2 to prove that im not guilty.

I had 3 totally unconnected players say that one of the accused is not scripter. They know them only from playing.

If so sure, what's the harm in letting a player hang themselves by allowing teamviewer access?

Obviously the harm is that they would be wasting their time and resources to look into something they already know, resources that they could use elsewhere at the same time, i.e. find another script user and ban that guy.

They would not be wasting any time. It would be simple for me to record a 1 hour session of me playing where they can watch it in x4 speed.

I only play $10/20 , $15/30 and $25/50 on ACR. Thats a total of 4 tables usually open at once making it incredibly easy to have all 4 tables open and snap join as soon as a new player joins. Often, this new player is a reg and I just battle with them I just dont play heads up.

You could try social media and their own forum. Publicly stating you're willing to let them teamviewer "might" help, especially if other people comment about it.

Of you're playing those stakes, definitely look at Kings or Crash. Games are incredible.

That is kind of crazy that they would ban you. The majority of the people playing those tables are using scripts of some sort. If you sit at any of the tables, it insta fills up, before everyone sits out when they see you are a reg looking to play.

Reminds me of Stars and Fulltilt back in the day.

I don't know Bonk other than playing vs him across multiple sites, and his ban actually improves my EV, but this is BS. I can say with 99% confidence he wasn't scripting. WPN at these stakes I find it very easy to click in when it goes 2/6, often I am the 3rd player to join. I see bonk daily battling stars and other sites. It's one thing to ban someone based on your shitty security but to confiscate the balance also is a joke. Meanwhile actual bots are allowed free rein to hold the lobbies HU on the site.

after reading this, i am the lucky one - they banned me calling me a bot, and for measly $30;
acr team is out of control, i believe now, and i had this feeling for last few years, but i took the hit last year;
terrible... and they have no accountability!
