did all of you miss this? In the midst of playing relatively ok (not openshoving preflop or anything like it), villain suddenly effectively calls a 4bet all in with T5o.. really looks like a chipdump to me.

Given all of the ops posts ITT, he is either a chip dumper or really bad at poker or both.

Why would they chip dump like this?
1st: it looks suspecious
2nd: if they chipdumped why would they risk it to go wrong with a ~ 40% chance?

Man and i've been upset over a site called Paynorake.com stealing the $4200 bucks in my account just last week. . Could not imagine losing 60k over something like this.

Paynorake's own management let me sign up, 3 years ago, and then the former managers left and did not tell the new managers that i was from the usa and they made an exception and let me sign up.
Paynorake.com is so greedy that the new management is actually trying to steal my money even though they have seen the solid evidence, emails from past management, that I did in fact have permission from past management to play there even though I"m from the usa. Do not ever play at paynorake.com. They cannot be trusted.

I mean this site literally offered to let me sign up as a usa player, they broke their own rules, and now using as an excuse to steal $4200 bucks. Obviously Ben Johansen, the owner, is a really dirtbag and cannot be trusted and worries only about himself not his honest customers.

I am pretty sure this was not a chipdump, it was just a case of fraudulent funds as stated by OP. If you look at the player "MaxSteak" on ptr you can see that he has lost around 90k and quite a bit of it has gone to different players. BignJapan won 20k+ and he has been on cake forever as a hu bumhunter, teteatots has also been around for a long time.

I don't know what the correct action is for cake with regard to players losing fraudulent funds but I believe that in this case OP did win the money legitimately. If people who LOST to this account post in this thread and receive an refund then I could at least see it as semi-reasonable that cake would take the funds. If players are only having money they won from this player taken from their accounts then this is pretty rediculous.

Last point: OP needs to learn how to write in a way that doesn't make him look like a complete idiot if he wants to be taken seriously

I completely agree. Cake are (correctly) worried about a chargeback here. It doesn't mean that the OP is guilty, but still if MAX has deposited with a stolen credit card or something he can do whatever he likes. The real owner can then process a chargeback and Cake has to take the hit (unless they have frozen the money for that scenario, like in this case).

They still won't give you your money huh? They should at least give you your deposit back.

I don't like how cake decides "Rational Play." If there ever is such a thing. I guess you must play ABC or it is against the rules. Pokerstars really was the best place to play. Got my money back quick.

I guess they had no problem with raking all those hands, despite saying you cant keep what you won? Did they refund you all rake paid?

Sites are so greedy they let you play asap, even if funds turn out to be fraudulent later. They should either increase the waiting time after you deposit to make sure funds are fine, or just take the loss themselves if it turns out funds are fraudulent and lost in play without chipdump etc.

I find it hard to believe you since you don't have Hand histories. Everyone who plays at this level keeps data and has hand histories.

You can't refund players this way because its really easy for someone to setup a freeroll for themselves by having some random guy on the other side of the planet "hack" their account.

Guess they don't care. Is there a site rep or has the rep disappeared?

hate seeing BS like this, and for us US players who continue to try to play its just going to continue now that PS is gone. hopefully a company rises above all these crappy small sites with terrible service and shady money seizures and everyone flocks to them.

sadly, maybe you would have a chance if it were a few grand by shaming them on 2+2 but I think 60k is worth more than any amount of bad PR they get here since their awful company is nearly broke. Ill bump this with OP and everyone else should, if we don't stand up for each other they can continue to **** all over us.

WTF? How does someone go about getting 60k of fraudulent funds onto a site? This appears to be more of an indictment against Cake's security rather than OP's integrity.
